I ordered a pair of boots in size 6. DNA sent me a pair of boots in size 5. When I called to try to rectify the situation, the customer service rep repeatedly accused me of not knowing which size I needed, and of ordering the wrong size, even after admitting that the mistake was on their end. They did not have my correct size in stock. They sent me 2 incorrect return labels before sending the correct one. Huge waste of time. I will not shop with DNA online or in store again.

I hadn't bought myself new shoes, sneakers, and boots in a long time. My wife recommended DNAFootwear. All in all it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Sorting and comparing the different categories of shoes was pretty easy, ordering was painless, and they were shipped relatively quickly given how large an order it was. I would definitely use DNAFootwear again.

The shoes came in perfect condition several business days after I made the order! I will definitely order from DNAFootwear again!

I live very close to two DNA Footwear stores and it'd be really convenient if it was possible to return online orders to stores. I found out the hard way that this wasn't possible after bringing two pairs of shoes that didn't fit to a store then having to trek back home with them.

Came in just a few days from NY to CA, impressive. Shoes were half off compared to other vendors, impressive. I had a question prior to purchase and made a phone call (and get this), a real human answered the phone on ring number two, impressive. Overall a wonderful shoe buying experience! I really love my shoes! Will buy again from DNA in a heartbeat. Overly satisfied. Great company, great products!

My online experiences with Lila and Noah in addition to my in-store experience at the Soho location have all been extremely pleasant. The reps are so warm, friendly and eager to assist. Lila made great suggestions based on my needs. No problems with my purchases and no problems with my one return. I've never heard of this store before but they now have a new lifetime customer. Thanks for the wonderful experience and merchandise.

I bought a $49.00 pair of boots that unfortunately didn't fit. DNA doesn't offer return labels so when I went to exchange the boots it cost me $36.00 to ship back due to the size and weight of the box. I wanted to exchange these for the right size (I wear size 8 and ordered 38 - which usually work for me) however I didn't want to risk those not fitting perfectly. I called the shop and explained everything. They are refunding my original cost but I nfortunately now I'm out $36.00. The worst part of all of this is the very same boots were available on Amazon for free shipping (versus $5 shipping on DNA site) and I could have exchanged for free. Lesson being unless you're going in to the shop to try these on don't risk buying online directly from DNA - as amazon is safer. Unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth so it's unlikely I would recommend this store to anyone.

No issues, prompt delivery and product was well-packaged with no damages. I liked that return sticker was included... just in case the shoe did not fit correctly. All was great. I will use this website again.

I run an online store, so know it is just a matter of someone going in to the site and removing items which are no longer available. And then it took three days to figure out they didn't even carry what i ordered. Epic fail.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size, when I looked back and realized I had messed up I gave the customer service number a call. I was expecting a long automated system but it rang twice and I got a real live person! He switched the sizes out before it shipped and they arrived yesterday. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely be using DNA footwear for all my shoe shopping needs in the future.

The customer service was friendly and very helpful, fast shipping, and product was exactly as described. Will buy again.

After ordering shoes for my daughter, I received a confirmation email the following day, which asked me to reenter my bank details. And then I realized I was being billed for two pairs of the same shoes. I called the store and they agreed to refund the first pair, but then they sent them anyway, and I had to send them back. So while I received good personalized attention by phone, I found the whole process rather confusing and time-consuming.

I ordered a pair of Vans in my size, women's 7.5 instead I received a pair of men's 7.5/ womens 9. No problem, mistakes happen. The problems started when I contacted customer service. What a nightmare. I will NEVER buy anything from DNA Footwear again. They don't seam to understand that satisfied customers equal profits.

I happen to be searching for a limited edition Disney Vans high top. I found my size and the edition that I was looking for! Not to mention at a reasonable price! All at DNA footwear!

Shoe was lost in shipping and customer service was not helpful despite my short timeline to receive shoes. Snow shoe with rating for waterproof ness and cold tolderance. It did neither
