Enjoyed my expierence with my online purchase from Diverswarehouse.com. The website is user friendly and the check out process was easy as well. My items arrived from Diverswarehouse to me within 3 days of me putting in my order. I will do business again with this company. Thanks for the positive expience. Also Thanks for the great BCD and Regulator that I bought at such a GREAT price. Thanks Again ;)
Purchased goods off website shown as in stock they took payment imediately. No correspondence from them. After 3 weeks of non delivery contacted them to find out why. Was told items were in fact out of stock and they were waiting on suppliers. Asked for refund, been waiting 4 weeks still nothing, contacted them again, refund being processed... you must be joking! Are you delivering it by hand. UNACCEPTABLE... rating should be ZERO or MINUS. Will never use again and complaint has been passed to other authorities.

I couldn't agree more with the review I just read. Thieves the lot of them. Ordered an item over 4 months ago. Nothing came! Even though they said it would. Now 2 weeks waiting for a refund. I just hope thism company goes out of business as soon a possible, so that no one else suffers the same fate. Avoid!
Ordered diving knife for holiday in june... six weeks before departing for hols... it is now going into august and many phone calls and e mails later and still nothing... they keep saying its arriving into stock the following week... 5 wks after order placed i asked for refund from the dim witted unprofesional person that answers the phone and was told it would be the following day... it does not happen... they totally blank my e mails... these people are skip rat thieves that prey on people. I am contacting my credit card today to get refund and report this theft
The $#*!Z... they NEVER return your emails and if you try to call them from the USA GOOD LUCK! Waited almost 2 months for a dive bag... not worth it. Cancelled the transaction via credit card company.
Took money from me for a knife, which I waited 2 weeks for and heard nothing back. I called them and no answer for two days. I finally got through and they said the knife is out of stock and they will "let me know" when its back in. Totally unprofessional so I requested an immediate refind, and was told I would get a refund 'as soon as possible'. 1 week later and after 3 more email, I call again... this time I get told the refund was made today. So I waited until the morning (next working day) and surprise surprise, no refund. I have gone to the bank today to report the fraud. I wish I had looked at some reviews before dealing with this BOGUS FIRM.
Long story short. Ordered camera, was not it stock. No correspondence to let me know. I did change it to other one, but from next day delivery got it a week later.
Unhappy with timescale I did return camera as DW allow me.
Camera went back 28.04.2017. I do have email saying they have receivedit. As per today 17.05.2017 many phonecall and reassuring email no reulfund has been received.
Not happy at all. I try to support small business but this is not professional. They own me monies and I keep asking for them and being politle fob off.
Wonder how long will that take me and where else I need to complain to receive my refund.

Ordered divers knife 5 weeks later no divers knife 4 phone calls 4 emails 1 to manager still no responce not one answer back. Very poor service and thats being nice
Avoid! Ordered a simple snorkelling kit. Payment taken, order confirmed. Next day I've received an update on the order - delayed 6-9 working days as ordered from the manufacturing company in Italy. Two weeks later - no sign of the order, e-mails sent to find out what has happened - no answer. Spoke to two different sales consultants over last two days - one said the order is going to be shipped next day, the other stated they haven't received it yet from Italy. Poor customer skills on top of complete lack of communication. I have asked to get a full refund immediately due to a fail on their side - this has been processed immediately ( I guess they do know how to do this right...) I would strongly suggest to go with another company and avoid Divers Warehouse!

This place will take your order, take your money, and then (when you inquire) will tell you your item is on back order. They are just a drop shipper with a good domain name. Will NOT do business with them again. Someone should look in to their biz practices. - FRAUD! - AVOID!
As stated by the previous reviews, I had a similar experience. I ordered fins and boots as a Xmas present for my father on Dec 3rd. Today is the 15th and still haven't received the order and no response from an email inquiry 3 days ago. I called this morning to get a tracking number and they stated that the items didn't ship because they are waiting for the boots. No notification and no apology. I cancelled the order and will never do business with this site again!
Consumers need to think twice when placing orders on this site. Items are not listed out of stock and they take your order and payment. You never hear from them. Then when you call them you find out that they don't even know when they will have the items you paid for. If that isn't bad enough getting your money back is really bad. As of this writing it has been 2 weeks, 6 phone calls, 6 different stories and as of yet they still have my money.
Placed my order a month ago but didn't receive my gear; sent a few email inquiries along the way with no answer. Finally called the number listed on the website, spoke with a very short/rude employee who told me the item I ordered wasn't in stock and would not ship for another two weeks at the earliest.
I expect an email at the time of order informing me that my item is out of stock if it was listed as in-stock on the website. I certainly don't expect attitude from a seller for requesting my money back when I didn't want to wait another two weeks for something I could order and receive from someone else in half the time.
