I appreciate how quickly this company ships items and process returns, I odered from them several times and I had no issues. They also responded quickly when I sent customer service a email. I recently ordered from another hair company last week and they stay haven't ship the product. I ordered from divatress yesterday and my item is already shipped with a tracking number. Also when they package my products it's done with care. I trust this company and will continue to use them. Thanks Divatress!
I consistently receive bad service from them. Like, it literally pisses me off, to the point that Im considering taking them to small claims court for the value of what Ive received. They constantly send bad wigs or te wrong color or a late item. And have the nerve to have a no refund policy. I have spent so much money on bad wigs with them that I literally hate this company. I bought an electric mower in November 2023, and have yet to receive it. I have followed up and had no response. I've tried to call but the number is disconnected. I think maybe this is just a scam company do not buy from them.

I've been using them CONSISTENTLY since 2015. I placed a $150 order in Aug 2021 and never received it. They finally returned my money a month later after reaching out multiple times but they deleted my account out of spite I guess. It used to be such a good website but if this is how they do their loyal customers then oh well.
I ordered last Wednesday (17th March) and sent a couple emails wondering if my order would be fulfilled, still haven't gotten a reply Two of the five wigs I ordered now say "out of stock" so I'm worried they sold out even though they were in stock when I ordered :( If someone from the company could get back to me, I'd appreciate it, but judging from the other reviews I'm thinking I got screwed.

I received 2 Wigs that I ordered weeks ago - Both wigs were NOT what I ordered, so Wrong Wigs Delivered (but correct picture on package? What, what? Seriously Sad). My husband tried to warn me not to order from DivaTress, BUT NOoooo I would not listen to my husband and best friend. At least he didn't say, "I told you so" LOL... anyway I should have taken that extra step and read Customer Reviews... Lession Learned - NEVER AGAIN DivaTress... because DivaTress Delivers ONLY MESS!

I've only ordered from divatress twice. The products are great but whoever works on the logistics team it's very competent. They managed to send me someone else's package and then failed to properly communicate with me the appointment time they scheduled with UPS to come pick it up. The package is still sitting at my house as I type this.
She originally asked me to drop it off at UPS or USPS. I said no because I have a life and its not my fault that they delivered me someone else's package.
Hopefully they either get it figured out or they'll go out of business.

I have been contacting Divatress about two wigs that were returned to Divatress by mistake. They won't respond to me about giving me a refund or sending the wigs back out
I purchased empire deep wave human hair, I received my order within a few days after ordering it which was good, however when I receive the hair and my granddaughter started putting it in, the hair was thin, has no bounce, she had a triple with using 09 bundles, and my hair looks terrible. It looks nothing like the picture and I'm extremely unsatisfied, I'm taking it out of my hair, and going back to my local hair store.

I don't believe in spending my hard earned money on products that's totally the opposite color of what I ordered and paid for, this company have a bad habit/ reputation of shipping the customer's hair color wigs etc. products of not the choice color that the customer paid for on their website, but in stead they'll send you a color of hair/wig of their choice and thats not right to receive anything else besides what your own money paid for. I don't like the way that this business is ran, so for those reasons I personally choose to steer clear of this website & not to ever order from this particular company again. It's not about you get what you get" it's about getting" exactly what you paid for and thats something that this company has got to understand, and unfortunately this company is deceptive and misleading the consumers.

If this company doesn't have the color of wigs that the customer ordered off of their website and paid for, then they should remove the false advertising display online stating that the products are available , because by no means it all do they have a right to send a customer whatever they choose to after collection the customer's funds from they're debit card/ credit card or whatever form a payment that it maybe.

I bought two packages of Janet Natural Virgin Remy Human Hair, and not only was it NOT the length I ordered, but it was sparse! It measured 12 inches and I ordered 18 inches. I paid 60.00 per package and it was probably worth about 10.00. While the hair is soft it is DEFINITELY NOT worth the money, or the time it took to braid my hair! A TRUE disappointment.

I've ordered from them 3 times and unfortunately each time there has been an issue. The products themselves are good quality but the company itself is unreliable for any communication. I ordered crochet hair on August 5th and realized I didn't need it so I requested the order to be canceled on August 6th, I got zero response and on August 8th I got an email saying my order was shipped! Obviously another I asked them if they could cancel my order as soon as I got the email notification and they said it was too late, I then asked in the same email on august 8th if I could get a return label…and I tell you I have emailed these people 5 times! No response until finally on August 16th I sent a very angry email explaining my disappointment and disinterest in remaining a customer and they finally answered my email yet didn't answer my question about a return label. Turns out if you want to return an item you have to pay out of pocket with your own money to return it and if they choose to deny the return you don't get your refund. So basically if you return an item/hair and they deny it, you now just returned the item and gave them extra money while the refuse to give you a refund. Ridiculous

They're essentially trying to steal my money after I requested to cancel the order and they shipped it out anyway. This is after lying saying they already shipped it & will be shipping it out, hence why I wanted to cancel to begin with. Reps are extremely unprofessional, lacks complete transparency & really shouldn't be in business. Look through email thread; they're never even on the same page. After asking to cancel the response I receive is "done." Now I'm on the phone with a rep and they're saying my order was already shipped and I have to wait for it to arrive, refuse it, and then they'll issue a refund. Safe to say I won't be seeing my refund for the next two weeks... Yea, this place needs to be shut down ASAP.
I placed an order from this site for an item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, September 17th and it never came. Ive emailed the company 4 times and I was told that my order will be cancelled and an investigation will be opened. I tracked this package in UPS and there has been no movement in 9 days. I feel that the package was never sent and though ive asked for my money back ($98.96) numerous times, I feel that this company is not trying to honor my request. This is very poor customer service. This review is on the "Shake-N-Go Ibiza 100% Natural Virgin Human Hair Bulk - Afro Kinky Bulk 12"" The hair is soft and curly. Shipping was fast. Brought 6 packs for a full head. Unfortunately the company is not 100% truthful in the length of the product. It's not a straight 12 inches long. It's two 6 inch sections that you need to feed in if using for braiding. Additional with shedding you more than likely get 8 inches out of it. It is NOT meant for braiding since your forced to feed it in. I would only purchase if wrapping for faux locs or adding curls for godess locs. Again this hair is not for braiding!

I brought a half up and down. Got the hair was open and then upon me taking a closer look you could tell it had already been touch and one part was not even attached to the box. So I send it back reminder I had to pay shipping cost again. So I call to get my refund at first they denial it was there. So good thing I had my tracking number, I told her it has been sit in y'all warehouse since monday, that when she's like no. I said I have a tracking number. Then she said let me take a look. So then she said I found it. Was not trying to refund me my money. Later sent me a email that they going to refund me only what I pay for the hair not my shipping cost for my original order 7.99. How when I also pay to send a product back that y'all know was already use and I can't use. So I lost out on 7.99 plus return shipping 3.90. For something I could even use. This company is such a scam. Will never buy from them again. I should have read the reviews first. I will stick to Sam's beauty for online shopping for hair and wigs, and their ship is much cheaper and free return if they don't have it I guess I won't be get it. Customer Service is awesome.

It seems quite unprofessional and very rude for me to order something next day air and it's only in label has been created status and I ordered it on the 13th of September. When I call sometimes you get a lady that's nice, sometimes you get one with a nasty attitude if you're too happy. And I feel like since I was too happy somebody deliberately did not deliver my package to me. What side is I'm trying to do business when support my own community and this is how they treat you as though your money means nothing. Every time I order from this company is well over $200 sometimes three and four and $500 that I've ordered from this company so for them to be as careless as they are it speaks volumes for why we don't get ahead.
I received the wrong color unit. I immediately let them know and as of yet have received no response. It's been a week. I left a review on their site and checked back few days later to see it's been removed. Be careful this website is shaddy.
