Purchased several men's clothing items on April 7. After 5 weeks with no delivery, I sent an email to find out what happened. I was told the shipper lost the shipment and District Alpha would re-send my order. Waited 6 more weeks, no product. Sent an email requesting a refund with no response.

My order was confirmed 26 April. As of 14 August no order has been received. They blamed the shipper, refused refund, said they would resend the order, but nothing has been received. They also stopped answering my e-mails. Criminals like this only steal your money, and should be blocked from having ads on internet sites
I ordered product on July 5th. They stated product is ready to be shipped and will send tracking. On July 25th I asked about my order and they stated the carrier lost the order. They said they would reorder. On Aug 29 I asked again, where is my order, they say it shipped and will send tracking info. 2 weeks later, no product. THEY ARE THIEVES
Hello everybody. Don't buy at this company. I ordered two shirts which never showed up. After 3 months the order has been cancelled and the money should be refunded. As you can guess the money didn't show up either. There is a woman called Mary and she is a shame for that company.
