I'm a current student of Dispatcher 101. A little background about me. I came from a human resources/IT background with no prior knowledge about dispatching service or the trucking industry. I stumbled upon Dispatcher 101 course, while looking for a course to buy and to learn about the dispatching service. And when I contacted Dispatcher 101 to get more information about what he has to offer, he responded to me with details about the course, but what caught my eye about Dispatcher 101, what caught my attention. He was persistent, he kept asking me what are my needs, what's my obstacles. What stopped me from moving forward. He, you know, he kept showing concern.

So that encouraged me to buy into the course. And when I bought the course, ever since then he's been there every step of the way whenever I have questions or concerns, I ask and he will answer in a timely manner. He's been very helpful. I've learned so much from the course. Dispatcher 101 – I mean, one time, I had a question. And I emailed him like, oh Dispatcher 101, can you please help me? I'm not understanding this. Who will – And he's like, okay, Jane, what I'm going to do for you, I'm going to give you a one on one mentoring session with me so you can ask me whatever question you have.

That was amazing. I was surprised. I was ecstatic. And when I got on the call, the video call, yeah, his energy was amazing. He was great. I also put, like, I had so many questions, and he answered every one of them. And at the end of the conversation, I asked, do you have any advice for me, given that I'm new to the industry, and he told me and said, Jane, what I would advise you to do to just keep pressing on. Don't give up. If this is something you want to do, do it. This will be yours, even if it's little, if it's small, it's going to be yours.

So, I don't want you to give up. I want you to keep pushing on and grow your business where you want it to be. And ever since when I looked at it it keeps playing over and over in my head. This course has been wonderful. I am blessed to have met Dispatcher 101. So, I will recommend this course to anyone who's looking for more knowledge about the trucking industry, about dispatching service, who's in doubt, I will recommend this course. It's well worth the time and the effort. The money is well worth it. Just the customer service that he gives to you, the attention that he gives to you. It's worth it.
