Found excellent prices and good value on all items purchased. Items appeared Swiftly through the snail mail And look like they will more than do the job.
It was fun to shop for our grandson's birthday, but the hassle of not being able to ship direct to him without doctoring up my credit card account or dealing with pay-pal was a pain and a disappointment. The last thing I want is to open the door for my 15 yr old grandson to be able to use my credit card to ship to himself. I was satisfied in the end, but was essentially told not to bother coming back for more business if I don't like your polices. I was treated very politely and I understand that the paintball market appeals to a client profile requiring caution. Best Regards, Dave
I received my order and looked as if someone opened the package up before I did, I went to install stock on to brand-new gun, and the screws on gun we're over tightened so much i that they stripped and now I cant even use stock because no extra screws came with the stock!! I was missing a magazine for the gun only received one was supposed to get 2 , I was sent the wrong barrel for my Tippmann !! Not Happy at all!!
Prices were steep and the navigation was difficult but at least you're in stock and don't force kit purchases for items I won't need.
I will NEVER order another thing from this company and I have several friends that I will inform not to order here anymore. I talked to a salesman the other day about returning something that I didn't like because it wasn't shown in their picture they have on the website. So first he tried to make me feel like an idiot not knowing what I bought and I told him if you had the correct photos showing what exactly you were going to get this would've never been a problem. So he finally gives me the return number and explains nothing else to me. So I'm thinking I'm getting the full refund including the ridiculous shipping fee I paid on something that didn't even weigh a pound. Nope he didn't tell me that I would lose my initial shipping fee and I paid an additional $8.00 to send it back. So know I'm into this return for a total of $21 just to receive a $5 refund from this crooked $#*! company. If I knew they were not going to completely refund me I would've just eaten the original purchase. Just be careful buying from these guys because there are plenty of other companies out there that will give you a complete refund and take care of return shipping if not happy with the product you purchased. Very bad experience with this company on my very first and absolutely last purchase from them. Buyer beware you've been warned.
