As the Executive Director of a non-profit in Charlotte, NC - to say that finding companies that both CARE about their clients AND produce a quality product would be an understatement. A month ago, I would have (and actually have) given this company a 1 star review. Today - if there were TEN STARS - it wouldn't be enough. Discount Mugs has been one of the most attentive, customer-focused companies I have ever dealt with - as a bar/restaurant owner, a separate small business owner, and a charity director that takes no salary - so that is saying a LOT. I rarely leave reviews - and it's important to know that this review is completely unsolicited and NOT sponsored or compensated by the company in any form - but it was important enough for me to ensure that all potential customers of Discount Mugs know that this is a company with integrity and a service-based objective that is also committed to delivering premium work for it's clients. Do yourself a favor and use this company for all of your individual and business branding needs - I promise you won't be disappointed! And special shoutout to Mark Genesis Garcia for working with us through a difficult process as a small non-profit with a HUGE impact and mission!
If there was a way to leave 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. This company shipped product to me that had broken pieces in it. They originally promised to ship the replacements overnight as my customer had a must in hands date. They did not hold up that promise. After we contacted customer service the next day to see where our product was at they told us they weren't able to ship out the replacements immediately and that it would take a day or two to ship out the product. After being fully aware of the in hands date needed by my customer, this supplier who I trusted, let me know. If your order is shipped without any issues, you're lucky. But if an issue needs to be resolved. Good luck getting them to help.

These guys are pretty efficient. If yuh order a garment from them, request a sample in advance to make sure your order meets your expectations.

Request a sample. Yuh may have to pay for it but in some cases it may be worth it.

I just received an order of custom ball caps. The quality is horrendous which have rendered the product useless. I will update this review once the company has decided how to remedy the situation.
UPDATE: After sharing my grievances with DiscountMugs, they were able to apply a full credit toward my purchase. I am very satisfied with the company and hope to do more business with them in the near future.
Tip for consumers:
The quality of their ball caps is of junk quality. The fabrics make for throw away merchandise.

I have not received the final product yet but the ordering process has been delightful. The proof regarding the artwork was sent to me very fast. I made some changes to it and the second proof was sent at same timely manner. Priscilla Limardo has been very attentive and helpful with handling all the details and extra request I asked for. Can't wait to receive my order if its anything like the service I have received so far, then I am sure it will be amazing!

I have ordered numerous items over the last few years from Discount Mugs and have always been pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service. I don't even shop around anymore, if I know Discount Mugs has what I am looking for then I just go straight to their website, find exactly what I want and place my order. This week I purchased some last minute tote bags - then changed my mind about which ones I wanted, changed my artwork - made a real mess but Oscar Torres in Customer Service took great care of me, kept my order straight and helped me to expedite the shipping so they arrive on time. We have always purchased our mugs at Discount Mugs. Thier products are wonderful with a wide variety to choose from. Oscar Torres is the best, had to make a return today and he made it very easy and was quick responding to my request. I wish more companies had customer service skills such as Oscar!

This site has so many things available it's incredible. You can personalize your gifts in many ways - type your own text or upload a picture or choose one of their suggestions. They have 24/7 online chat reps to answer questions. Prices are good to great depending on quantity ordered. I got some nylon drawstring backpacks with my own message on them for a group event I'm attending. The quality was so much better than I expected. They look awesome. Larger than I thought too. Came quickly (I did pay for expedited shipping, but less than some other sites charge for that). No extra packing in the box, just the goods. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely buy from them again.
