As the Executive Director of a non-profit in Charlotte, NC - to say that finding companies that both CARE about their clients AND produce a quality product would be an understatement. A month ago, I would have (and actually have) given this company a 1 star review. Today - if there were TEN STARS - it wouldn't be enough. Discount Mugs has been one of the most attentive, customer-focused companies I have ever dealt with - as a bar/restaurant owner, a separate small business owner, and a charity director that takes no salary - so that is saying a LOT. I rarely leave reviews - and it's important to know that this review is completely unsolicited and NOT sponsored or compensated by the company in any form - but it was important enough for me to ensure that all potential customers of Discount Mugs know that this is a company with integrity and a service-based objective that is also committed to delivering premium work for it's clients. Do yourself a favor and use this company for all of your individual and business branding needs - I promise you won't be disappointed! If there was a way to leave 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. This company shipped product to me that had broken pieces in it. They originally promised to ship the replacements overnight as my customer had a must in hands date. They did not hold up that promise. After we contacted customer service the next day to see where our product was at they told us they weren't able to ship out the replacements immediately and that it would take a day or two to ship out the product. After being fully aware of the in hands date needed by my customer, this supplier who I trusted, let me know. If your order is shipped without any issues, you're lucky. But if an issue needs to be resolved. Good luck getting them to help.
Use any other company you can. They sent me something completely different than what was pictured on their website and my proof and expect me to keep it. It's $1100 worth of promotional goods for black friday. We cannot use any of it. They promised calls back every day for a week with not one single call back.
EDIT: After a week and a half - they've credit my account for another promotional product of the same total cost. If I were to do this again, I'd order a sample.

Everything was fine up until we received the mugs. The mugs looked great. However when we washed them the logo came off several mugs... this occurred the same day we received them. The website does not state nor were there any instructions not to put the mugs in a dishwasher. Customer service was very helpful in that we did receive a refund for the mugs destroyed in the dishwasher, however 5 days later the logo came off two more mugs after being washed and the logo was not applied evenly on another (it is slanted). I emailed customer service at Discount Mugs about the uneven logo and to date have not received a response. I did not bother emailing about the two additional mugs as they were given as gifts and was too embarrassed to ask for pictures (Discount Mugs requires pictures of defective product). We now have nine mugs that are not in satisfactory condition and are holding our breath waiting for more defects to occur.
They are very helpful when placing an order but not so helpful in correcting an error that they make.
I have ordered stuff for work and personal items from this site. Prices are comparable to other places. Live chat is a nice feature. I do wish there was better product description. I ordered custom stress balls with our company logo & they looked as expected but the balls were very hard. It was stressful trying to squeeze them. Shipping took slightly longer than expected but not terribly bad. We received them in time. I would probably order again, but you have to work a little harder to get exactly what you want. Ask a lot of questions in the live chat.
The website was OK. Didn't have the product number readily available on the website when I clicked on the product I wanted. I had to look at a prior invoice to retrieve the product number. Three stars for the website.
The salesperson, Samantha, was truly great! She worked with me to meet my deadline for receipt of the product and promptly returned my phone calls regarding my order. Five stars for the salesperson.
However, the "live chat" was totally useless and the Customer Service department the "live chat" person told me to contact wasn't open during the normal business hours when I called. One star for "live chat" and Customer Service.
Overall rating: three stars. The salesperson is the main reason I would return to using this vendor.
Be advised that the products you order are not always in stock, must be ordered from overseas, and therefore may adversely impact your timely receipt. So order well in advance of when you need the product.
