First off, let me say that this is a VA approved drivers improvement site that allows you to take the course (all 8 hours of it) online. While it is one of the cheaper sites, don't waste your money. The site it full of glitches that end up screwing you over. Each section is timed (40 or 60 minutes), and you can not move on until the clock reaches 00:00. If you leave, go back, or check your information, the clock starts all over again. First glitch happened after I finished the first HOUR of section 6 when it came up with an error saying I had run out of time and that I needed to file an extension for my court date. This is in fact false when the date itself is within a week and I had just started the course that morning. After clicking on the link to make it go away it took my all the way back to sections 1, having to complete that first hour all over again. The SECOND time it happened was due to an error on THEIR BEHALF. I called and complained and the first person I spoke to said that it was "because I had saved the website in my favaorites", which I had done last night before I even paid for the course. She assured me that if I log out and go back it will take me to exactly where I had left off (I had JUST finished a section and answered the questions to move on). It didn't. I didn't even get credit for finishing the section. When I called back again to complain, the operator confessed that it was their fault, but they wouldn't take me back to the section I has just completed and they would be doing absolutely nothing to compensate me for my time. So far this 8 hour course is taking my 9 hours and 40 minutes and I still have 3 more sections to go before I can finish and take the test. Under normal circumstances a glitch is just a glitch. However, the fact that I am paying for a service that does not work, is the last straw!
