If I could give you guys ZERO starts, I would. I purchased lightener that is supposed to lift up to 9 levels & it did absolutely nothing. I followed the instructions and did everything correctly. Called for a refund & was told I could only receive a credit. Why would I wanna spend anymore money with you, when your products clearly don't work? & whoever the employee was that I spoke to on the phone needs retrained in manners because she had a smart $#*! mouth. If I could smack someone through a phone call I would.

This company claims free returns.not true!
They charge postage to return a product plus if your original order then becomes less than $55,
They charge you for that!
They were going to charge me $15.00 to return a $20.00 item….no free returns!
Be aware & don't use them….their policies are deceptive & if you need to make a return you will be hit with one or two shipping charges.
My advise.go elsewhere & don't be taken advantage of!

I ordered from them on Jan 15th and paid TEN DOLLARS for express shipping... my order was sent out on Jan 18th and I didn't receive my order until the 26th... express shipping my a**... and then they told me they don't provide pre paid return labels (I didn't need the product anymore since it took so long to get to me) unless the product was damaged or there was a mistake on their end. Bullsh** and sh*tty customer service.

I ordered the 2000ML jug of Olaplex conditioner. I was worried about the authenticity because you never know what you'll receive. This was sent inside of a sealed carton from the manufacturer and was packed very well and I received it ONE day after ordering. Highly recommended. I will definitely order again. Keep up the good work.

I ordered from 3 different companies on the exact same day. Since we cannot go to a store, gotta internet shop. Two companies sent my purchases within 5 days. These guys STILL HAVE NOT delivered. Will definitely find some place else!

Please don't support image Beauty they are unprofessional and blame there mistakes on the customer they also literally make you pay for there mistakes

I think a truly professional business at least knows the names of the products that they sell. Big difference between BLOW dry mist and BROW dry mist If they are this negligent with marketing what makes a customer believe they aren't negligent with products and service?

The customer service is TERRIBLE at this site and the codes scam you.
They give you codes that work until the discount is taken and then it falls below what the requirement is to get the discount.
Look on Ebay for the same product and you'll probably find it.
Ebay cares and will provide customer service to KEEP the customer.
This place lost a sale instead of applying the "Free Shipping" charge of $6.95 as the banner advertised. The "Chat" person told me I would need to "add something to my cart" to get that discount. REALLY? I don't need anything else. BYE! Hope it was worth it.

I ordered hair toner, Mega Blond, during the COVID times. All the other sellers had cranked the price up from its regular $5 to $20 to $25 for ONE bottle of one-time toner. Image did not try to CHEAT people. I bought 3 bottles. I paid a bit extra for UPS, just because I wanted the tracing option. I think it took about a week, maybe a week and a half. I had no problem and never had to contact them. I will use them again.

I placed an order 12/29/15 and paid $10 for "standard shipping". I have yet to receive this order, and the date is now 1/12/16. A woman I work with placed an order 1/7/16 and paid $10 standard shipping as well. She received her order this morning. Where is my order? Why, if my order was placed 5 days before hers, have I STILL not received my order? We ordered the same products, and we have the same exact postal code.

I contacted customer service who did absolutely nothing for me but tell me the status of the tracking information, which I could look up myself.

EXTREMELY irritated with this company and their lack of taking accountability when they screw up. I will NEVER order from them again.

I received the product yesterday 1/14. Product is in good condition and what I expected. The shipping was the only issue with this.

Ive purchased many times through this site and have no complaints. Im able to buy high end products at great prices. I definitely recommend this site and they always have great sales so thats a plus. If theres any issues with your order customer service is quick with responses.

After I sent in my order, never heard back from them. Almost two weeks later when I inquired about my order, I was told the order was ready to ship. Being frustrated, I cancelled my order then was told if I reordered, the order would ship that day. Followed up several days after to get shipment information, told that the supply of the product had just arrived and would ship that day or Monday. Followed up again to get shipment information, was told again, order would ship that day. Order was entered on April 14, email indicated getting the order ready to ship. Tracking information today indicates shipment to arrive on May 5. Only communication in reference to this order has been from me. Definitely no customer service or communication from this company On April 14, they indicated they were getting my order ready to ship, three weeks later it is scheduled to be delivered.

I had been looking for silver hair dye for months and finally decided to buy it here. I ordered and spent 35 dollars on hair dye. I got an email a day later saying they didn't have my order in stock and I would have to wait. I have been waiting forever and they still haven't contacted me saying they got it in stock. I was supposed to receive my order from it being out of stock 2 weeks ago and all I have got in promotional emails

I've been buying on ImageBeauty.com for over 6 years. I buy my shampoo and conditioner every few months. They always have the best prices, are helpful (family owned so they answer the phone!) and ship quickly. Bonus points for earning rewards that can be redeemed for gift cards.

Discontinued Items I Can't Find Elsewhere

I've shopped at Image Beauty online a few times because I have had difficulty sourcing particular products (long discontinued nail products that pretty much cannot be obtained unless 3rd-party retailers happen to have "new/old-stock" at their disposal). For that reason, I think they are great! Prices are the same as I've seen at any Target, CVS, Walmart, other Beauty Supply retailers, Salons, etc. They offer frequent 15%-off store-wide coupons.

Easy Online Order and Swift Ship

I've received my orders within a week, packaged securely, with a detailed packing list. The order confirmation is sent immediately, which includes the tracking number and detailed delivery updates. Some online retailers don't bother to add a packing slip and appropriate padding/bubble wrap to secure items (and some don't even provide tracking) but Image Beauty pays attention to these important details.

PRO:
PayPal Purchase Option Available

Always pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay, people - either will fight the battle for you should there be an issue. I haven't had any real issues with Image Beauty but you never know.

It's always a good sign when an online retailer has several ways to contact them for order and product support, returns, etc. US-based toll-free number, email, and physical address listed.

CON:
No Super-Wide Selection and/or Availability

Not ALL items I want are available. The only downfall is that Image Beauty doesn't carry everything on my list. There isn't a massive, super-wide selection (they may carry some items, but not in all colors/styles/sizes) and only a few of certain items (nail polish, some hair colors, etc.). Love their salon-brand hair products! If it's a hard-to-find item or higher-end salon hair product you are after, Image Beauty may work well for you.

I was trying to find how to write a good review for Image Beauty. Saw its low rating on this site so I had to get on here and leave 5 stars to try and offset unjust bad reviews. I was so happy to find my conditioner on here. They changed packaging and upped price on conditioner website. Found it on here and ordered 8 bottles! So happy! Thank you Image Beauty!

Horrible communication from the seller. The day after placing my order, I received an email saying they only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered and did I still want those. I replied "Yes". After the delivery date came and went, I called Customer No-Service who told me they had none of the items I ordered and claimed they tried to email me but the email bounced back (even though it was the same address they had used before and I received 2 promotional emails from them in the previous week). They also have my phone number but apparently couldn't make the effort to call. Their lack of concern for their customers has now made it impossible to order from another vendor to get the items for Christmas.

I believe that this site may have changed hands over the last few years, and I can say that my last two transactions were fantastic. Last year I ordered enough of one product to qualify for free shipping. The owner (or whoever) informed me right away that there wasn't sufficient inventory, gave me the partial refund right at the transaction and allowed the free shipping anyway. I spoke to him briefly and he was courteous and very professional.

In my second transaction, which took place 2 weeks ago, I was very happy to find a product that hadn't been available anywhere on the web for more than a year. I thought the manufacturer discontinued it. DiscountBeautyCenter, aka Image Beauty (the name given on the home page; it is also the name used on the shipping), had it in stock and was charging a very reasonable price for it. They promised delivery within 2 weeks and it arrived early.

I Just bought some different items for my lash business and I was very pleased with what came and I had a couple questions so i called them and the lady on the phone was really polite.

I stumbled upon this site by a friends recommendation after my complaints of a bad hair day. They've got a lot of products for my hair and their prices are awesome. It did take me awhile to find what I needed though. They have an "ethnic" category under "other" which I didn't think to look at at first, but I found it eventually. There's always specials and coupons going on.

They sent me an email saying that my hair color was shipped on the same day that I placed the order I didn't place the order until early in the afternoon around 1 or 2 o'clock and 3 days later I received my order with everything in it and I couldn't be happier
