I hired then nov 28 to unlock ATT iPhone12, on Dec 3 I paid 133£ for premium, until today Jan 8 they have no unlocked my phone I contacted Luke, asked why it hasn't been unlocked yet because exceed the time frame d he keeps giving vague answers, he doesn't know when, I asked refund and he did not answer me, I need help from trust pilot! They DO NOT have direct access to unlock server as they stated...

I have contacted them during this time and Luke and Tim keep telling me we will, I asked my refund as the 30 days has passed and they avoid to answer, I asked and ETA and they also avoid my questions, they o ou post on the website website they standard answers and they did not put my questions.

Directunlock claim they can unlock phones, buy my experience that they extract as much money as your willing to give them, and then they cant perform the task as they claim the phone is backlisted or under contract.
My phone is an iPhone 6 a company phone in which I got when my employment ceased,
1. Not in Contract
2, iPhone 6 10 years old
3. Not backlisted

They offer you a voucher as they cant do what they say they can, A VOUCHER FOR WHAT?
NO REFUND BUT ASKED ME TO TAKE DOWN MY NEGATIVE REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT AND WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY. I have not yet received my refund, or nor did I take down my honest review of this company.

I could not get my EE phone unlocked as it was not older than 6 months. I paid £12.99 to these scammers to get phone unlocked through them. After that they email said my phone ready for unlock i i need to pay £24.49 for them and get code unlock in 24-48h, They then told me to pay another £24. 49. 2-3 day later they come back and tell me EE won't unlock as it's not 6 month old yet! What a joke. I paid £37.48 for something EE offer for 8 and it's still not unlocked. They now trying to charge me £65 to by pass the 6 month constraint. Avoid these clowns.
