I order Direct TV for my home. I asked for SIX TV's to have cable they said SURE NO PROBLEM. They also promised me that my monthly bill will be $40 a month and free installation and the genie boxes will be free of charge. So I said sure. Saturday they installed my service around 5:30p.m. I check on line so I could set up auto pay, to my knowledge there was already a charge of $183.00. When I called they gave me so much run around about how much each box cost and installation fees etc. and that my monthly bill will be $78/month no way around it. On Sunday was the nail on the coffin, service was freezing up and when my wife wanted to watch tv in the kitchen a message came up on the tv sayin(TO MANY TV'S ON PLEASE TURN ONE OFF). So I call Direct tv to talk to a tech, she explained that with the genie it only has three signals that will only allow me to only watch three TV's at the same time. So why did they hook up my 6 TV's for service if I could only watch three at one time. So my other three set up are useless. When I asked that I'm only going to pay for three TV's not all six she said that can't happened cause I was set up for 6 TV's. So I read my contract and it states that you have a 24hr grace period to cancel you service. SO I DID. Back to DISH I go.
