Significant defacing of the book with ownership paraphernalia found on the dust jacket back edge, both sides of the front endpaper, the title page, stamps on the front, top and bottom edges, etc.

I suppose the Texas State Technical Institute library must have anticipated this would be a highly desirable item given the steps they took to help identify their ownership. However, in this was the case, why did they ever give it up?

Sellers always ship quickly. Only complaint I ever have is when specifically choose good condition hardcover books and they are just shipped in plastic bags so corners all banged up, so I don't bother with choosing more expensive very good/excellent condition books anymore. As they cost more money, sellers sabotaging themselves. If shipped media mail, could put in boxes for less shipping costs, who cares if takes a little longer. Should be an option to preserve the condition of books in good shape. Other than that, always good experience with Alibris sellers.

When I purchased the book that I needed for school, I did not get a receipt for the order or any sort of confirmation for the purchase. Then there was no direct contact number to discuss the situation. I reached out using their chat session. Thinking I was texting with a robot, I explained to the agent about not getting a receipt and after a few minutes passed, he located my order and emailed the receipt. He explained that there was a glitch with their system and apologized for the mishap. This was my first experience ordering from BiggerBooks. Not sure if I would order again but if I do, I will be sure to read the reviews with low ratings.

I had not received a receipt for the purchase of my book. The customer service experience that I used was the chat session as I could not find a direct phone line for the company. The agent was helpful and found my order and apologized that there was a problem with their system sending out receipts on that particular day that I ordered the book. Once he found my order, he emailed the receipt to me and confirmed the date the book would be delivered.

Ordered books but ended not taking the class. I sold them back to BooksRun less a than a month after receiving them and quote given was lowered when paid. Books were never used. Insurance was also taken.
After two support emails and a review, customer service contacted me and did honor their original quote. I appreciate their response and handling. I wish they would have used the USPS insurance process if books were damaged during shipping.

I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.

Have bought many pre-owned DVDs from Wob, and they've always been in great condition. The last set I purchased was still sealed as new! DVDs are often cheaper on their eBay listings, rather than their own website, but their recent 20% off promotion online sometimes worked out cheaper, so always worth checking. Delivery times have become much quicker lately, so you won't have long to wait for your items! All in all great!

I got this as a law student who prefers textbooks. I was disappointed that I had to use Redshelf with a westlaw ebook purchase. I'm writing this review because I can't access my book during class and it keeps freezing when I try to highlight. This is the worst ebook app I've ever used. It basically only lets you look at the text instead of utilizing the helpful augmenting tools that are the whole reason for using an e-casebook.

I've been interested in such services for a long time, because I also want to save a little money and still get exactly what I need.
Besides, the books here are really new and beautiful beyond belief.
