The worst company ever. I don't believe none of those paid reviews cause the reality is that the only thing that they do good is take your money. Once you pay forget it.
I did my first order everything turned good received fast products were good so I decided continue. I placed 4 orders keep in contact with them about the payment and everything cause I couldn't submit the payment same day due to problems with my bank. Then supposedly everything was noted in the system I did the payment finally the day that I told the before noon submit the proof of payment and they responded back that they will pass to accounting etc. that was Friday. Then Monday at the middle of the day I started to receive messages that my orders were canceled all the 4 orders. After the payment was sent and clear from my bank. Then I called the first guy that answered said oh sorry the system duplicates the pallets and those pallets were sold to another customer they are not longer available.? He didn't gave me any explanations and they stopped responding my emails as quick as they were doing when they were waiting for the payment. So I called again a lady answered and she said your orders were canceled for non payment? And I like what are you talking about I paid those orders and sent the email with the proof and then she is like oh no but you paid after 1:00 the orders need to be paid before 1:00 pm and I'm like lady I have proof that I paid and submit the emails with the proof before even 12 oh no but hasn't cleared in our end need to be clear will clear on the 13.
There is no way to believe any of there lies cause they give you an excuse for everything I keep in contact with Cristo ríos, Jennifer, Michael in Facebook all saying contradictions. Finally the 13 passed no response no refund the money the I put bad reviews in Facebook they deleted and saying please don't put bad reviews in the page that doesn't create a good business relationship? Really? Who is creating a bad relationship?
Then Michael sent me a coupon 25% in any order 1,000 no expiration place an order we apply your payment and refund you the rest on that way you receive products. I placed the order 1015. 00 less the discount for paying with wire $30 less than 1,000 I tried to apply the coupon guess what the system didn't let me I asked then Michael said oh no but has to be from the total order again no good communication and excuses there is no way to apply the discount after accounting can't do it nobody can't do it. Fine when can I get the remaining of my refund cause I paid almost 2,300 for the orders that were canceled oh no they will process that on the 20 or the 25 which I was told before that they process refund every Friday? What happened with the Friday May 14? The wire was cleared already supposedly?

Were so excited fast delivery I placed that order 5/14 we received the order 5/20 pretty quick right? Guess what the pallets perfectly wrap but when we opened it ugh disaster everything it's broken, damaged incomplete empty packages products out of the box, Everything has sticker that is not working damaged etc. I sent a message in Facebook Michael responded sent an email with the pictures? I asked again for my refund no response on that? Sent the email 3 in total with a lot of pictures and sent a message to him back again hey I sent the email ok I'll take a look into it. Guess what no response the whole day waiting for response on the refund and on the garbage 3 pallets that they sent that I'll have to dispose and trash.
So I ll give no even a star to this company they said I'm not creating a good environment for a good business relationship? Seriously I'm the one creating a bad relationship?

I bought a lot for $2000 and I paid for it, made customer service aware of the payment and they still canceled it. I am not receiving a refund for the money either.
I had 8 orders totaling 17 pallets at $4,000. I paid $700 for the shipping. Every step of the way with anything I do I am in touch with the customer service team online that being Danny S, Luis R and Jannette. I talked to Luis in regards to BOL being uploaded to each order and if I needed to schedule the pick up because the carrier was coming between 9-330. He told me I did not. My carrier shows up yesterday and was denied the shipment.
I get a call at 8am this morning being told this. I hop on the phone with the first customer service agent they tell me they have no idea of whats going on and hung up on me. I call the next customer service agent and they told me my shipment was picked up and shipped. I talk to another customer service agent and they put me through to the facility. They then tell me the "paperwork wasn't ready". I talk to another customer service agent and they told me I didn't need to schedule the pick up. I then talk to Janette online as I am talking to this customer service agent on the phone. Janette tells me I have to schedule pick up if there are labels. The customer service on the phone then hangs up on me. I talk to another customer service agent and they were saying their software is not perfect which I understand software not being perfect but in the case that the software is not fully updated then it shouldn't be offered to the public yet. I know if my software messes up and my customer loses money due to the software then I am fully responsible and I have to take accountability for it.
Direct Liquidations internal team is a mess and should be held to a standard. They offered me a $200 coupon off my next order and let me remind you they canceled my order and I am blocked from the platform as of right now. I do hope this helps anybody thinking about using direct liquidation because it looks great compared to other platforms but if you are looking to really start a business then this site is not for you because they will mess up on your orders. They need to fix communication from the facilities to the customer service team and website.
