I ordered 5 books for my nephews and nieces and omg I'm so happy with them I would 109% recommend this company. Ordered on 17th got today so quick

I ordered four sets of labels. One set Dinkleboo stopped in production because they said the colors I chose wouldn't show up. LaQuita, from their customer service team, called AND emailed to discuss with me label colors that would work. When I received my four sets of labels in the mail, I felt the name wasn't visible on a different set. LaQuita was again super responsive and replaced them right away. The kids are all super happy with their name labels and I'm beyond thrilled with the customer service!

We could not be more happy with everything we have purchased. Also Dinkleboo should be very proud to have Jessica working with you. The service and help with a not a problem at all attitude towards us when we had some issues with an order is very refreshing and plesant to recieve. We will definitely be telling people about Dinkleboo which im already doing your the best. Thankyou.

With 8 grandchildren to foster a love of reading in, I find these books to be the perfect gift! I have ordered numerous titles over the last couple of years and neither I nor the grandchildren have been disappointed. They love having various stories (great selection!) personalized with their names; I love the price, quality and selection. I hope to see even more titles added to the list--I plan on buying these until the kids are too old for them!

I order two personalized books for my sons nd nephew. One got damaged in transit it was bent to fit into my mailbox and that caused 2 rips in the back cover. I emailed Dinkleboo and even though the damage was in no way their fault they are still sending me a replacement at no charge. So very impressed with this level of customer service. Thanks again dinkleboo!

LaQuita is an amazing representative of your company's dedication to customers. She has gone way out of her way to assuage my concerns. I am not a techie and am very uncomfortable putting my credit car on the internet, so I really like to do a phone orders. She has called me several times (& I am uncomfortable answering the phone when it is someone I don't recognize) and sent several emails about every part of the process, all the way up to the delivery. She is so patient, kind and understanding. Thank you.

PS I can't verify the wording in the books is correct until after my great grandchildren open them, I wanted to leave the plastic on them so they will stay nicer. Some of the books they will not receive until XMAS, hope that is okay. Looking forward to working with you for more gifts, this is such a fun idea.

I ordered some fabulous books from Dinkleboo and through no fault of the company they never arrived. However, once I contacted them to let them know that I did not receive them, Jessica was back to me in literally minutes and could not of helped me enough. I was offered a refund or the option to reorder the books and once I confirmed that i wanted to reorder i once again had the order confirmation within minutes. I ordered books for my grandaughters, they are beautiful. The graphics are so vibrant and crisp. The names I asked to be added are all in the books. The quality is even better than I expected. They say soft paper books but the pages are thicker then I thought will not easily be ruined. I love them and will order again

We've now ordered 2 personalised books for our grandson. They were both so nice, the stories and illustrations great. Delivery was very prompt, all in all a really satisfactory experience.

I ordered an item off the website - a Birth announcement cushion cover - and it was easy to put in the details.
The Order was received promptly, and then my follow-up query was answered, and the details asked for, came through without delay.

I'm a first time customer and was trying to buy 5 children's books. I had a promo code, but somehow entered it wrong, or entered it twice and it essentially invalidated my discount and I wasn't able continue with any kind of discount. Love the books! Granddaughters really enjoyed the books containing their names, great idea. Ordered three more for the Grandsons but will keep them for Christmas presents, but I have read the stories, they'll love them.

I ordered 4 hardcover Photo books for our 4 great grandchildren and am so impressed with the books and the service. They turned out better then I could even imagine. The quality of the cover, pages and the reproduction of my pictures is excellent - colors are vibrant. I had occasion to use the chat line many times with my questions - always with great success - quick and helpful answers and I also contacted Courtney in customer service who was not only very nice but able to resolve my problem. My shipping was only 11 days. My whole experience with this company has been AWESOME and I definately want to do business with them again. If your considering doing photo books for gifts "Go for it". I bought a personalized book for my niece's 4 year old little boy's birthday. Since I'm not around him very much it was hard to think of a gift that he would want and use. He is really into cars, trucks, and loaders (what little boy isn't) so to have a book with his name in it along with his friends (cousins) and even his little sister was just the perfect gift. The pictures were great and he will develop a love of reading.

I couldn't fill out my order, something was wrong and I contacted your company. I spoke with LaQuita and she was so patient and helpful with the completion of my order! I would like her to know how good she is at her job, and hope that you acknowledge her.
