$#*!ty product Horrible Customer Service

This is the biggest joke of a company I've ever taken part in! First off I got ripped off from the very beginning promising a 50% discount site wide for my email address. I did so and the prices didn't change... so I chalked it up to having to checkout for discount to be applied. I did decide to wait and ask there 24hr automated chat bot and see why, says it will typically reply in 2min at this time of day, it took 7hrs to get a response and it went to my email not the chat thread. Two days later I still need a screen so I get back on and it says 25% off site wide just a sale. Then a pop-up comes up saying get an additional 25% off for your email address, take notice that the prices at 25% are the same as 2 days prior at 0% off, so I'm already confused but I give them an alternative email address to obtain an additional 24% off which now in theory would put me back to the original 50% off offer I received the first visit. I follow thru all the way to checking out but not clicking the final button to buy, and the prices have remained the exact same as when I very first got on prior to any email offers or any sales posted. So it's a ploy clearly but I decide to again chat with someone and ask why it's not showing the discounts. I get a reply back 4hrs later this time in the actual thread stating that the 25% is already included site-wide no need to give an email, yet they promoted the offer not me seeking it out. So I now get no sales discount above the original price 3days prior, ive given them my emails 2 times for no apparent reason other than them to sell it off, and I really need this part that I e delayed 3 dats waiting on redundant answers I clearly stated in my inquiries as not needed to be said cuz a real reason would be needed. They ignored that. So I order the part and pay extra for express shipping and priority service pre-shipment. I never received tracking info in fact they preface shipping it with an email stating that if I don't recieve tracking info it's due to high volume but it likely already shipped. Yet with the same high volume they manage to get out the hour not gonna get a tracking # email no problem! It does not arrive in the est. 2-5days (with disclaimer stating they don't actually have a clue) but it takes 9 days, 3 days longer than their estimated free shipping option speed! Once I get it opened all seems well and I proceed with the install. It all goes flawlessly as I have experienced with the 15 other screens I've replaced, no immediate causes for alarm. Finally I turn on the iPhone X and viola it's working great... then comes the 10min mark of having it on, and the screen goes inverted colors, I close out the phone reopen and it's reg colors again, 4 min later it's back to inverted colors. This continues throughout the next day but additionally it starts flashing almost as though it's glistening but it's the individual diodes flashing it seems amid the color and inverted swapping without any consistency to the changes. So I attempt to call customer service! Wait you can't find a number to save your life, you have to email and or request a call and then you never recieve one back but you'll get an email stating that you have 6days to return the item at your own expense and maybe if they determine completely at there own discretion that it's a parts problem and not that you most likely $#*!ed it up during install being how stupid and incompetent their customers are presumed to be they will possible reimburse the shipping costs by deductibgvit from the purchase price if you decide to recieve an alternate preplacement. You can't pay more and upgrade or change the parts at all even though you've lost total faith in the quality of the part you already received. If I don't cough up the return shipping in 6 days I'm SOL on warrant the email states in less rude terms. They also tell me to post my problem to there help board where every other customer who's had thus problem can instruct me how to do it correctly, not their technicians but other customers who've also got a pos part from them! So now I'm 12 days past when I needed the part originally, I have a faulty from the factory part installed, they demand I pay to return it on warranty and only if they determine at their discretion that it's their fault I will recieve another part at the free shipping speed even though I paid for expedited shipping, and a new part exactly as the original no exceptions. Or I'll receive my faulty part back and no reimbursement for the return shipping! To this day day 19 now I still have yet to talk to anyone, not a human, not a robot, not anyone, nor have I found a valid number. They say they are located in Kansas City, MO and I'm in Wichita KS just 2hrs drive away or 9 days by expedited delivery?!?! Who's if thunk it? Still have an almost $100 part that doesn't work, and I'm not paying another $15 to ship it back, but wait they recommend you insure it so it breaks in shipping your not $#*!ed and that's an additional $3 + if I want any of it back this year I'd better pay for express shipping cuz another 2weeks and my phone will not be worth the price of the screen cuz they take so damn long! I'm now purchasing a totally new screen from a different company with high hopes they at least get me a working part for $100 and in under a month and I'll be thrilled!

None, originally attempted to use a replacement iPhoneX screen, it however doesn’t work and they have the crappiest return policy and warranty you couldn’t dream it up to be so useless and non-customer friendly!!!!
