I originally posted a review under pressure from Eddy who sold me the service. The text messages were endless, asking me for reviews. After four months I can tell you that this company is a complete fraud. Below I will list each of the deceptions of this company:
1.- When you start the service, you are assigned apprentices who, despite communicating frequently, do not achieve the objectives set. After many complaints about omissions, lack of progress and non-compliance with what was stipulated in the package, I was assigned a new project manager named Austin, who initially recognized all errors and omissions. He even mentioned that the strategy was wrong and that the keywords used were generic. He proceeded to change them all; that is to say start from scratch, all this happened the third month after having paid two months, which were lost.
2.- During this period, based on the reports that GOOGLE sent us, we were expressing our disagreement with the results obtained. Since this new manager did not recognize our claims, we decided to look for a large and serious SEO company, which takes SEO to large companies such as Ford Motor Company, Kia and others. They ratified a series of optimization problems, unresolved in our website and many deficiencies in the SEO work. Well, they were unaware of this report and responded with another one that referred to the SEO of the speed of the page, but not for what they were hired, which is for the positioning in the Google pages through the keywords. The result is that after 4 months we do not appear ranked with any of the keywords chosen by them and what is worse, we have not yet received a single call from a new client indicating that the SEO work is working.
3.- We proceeded to make the claims for the return of our money. The manager excused himself saying that he passed the claim on to his superiors, but they never showed their faces. After our continuous complaints, the manager contacted us to inform us that his superiors had reviewed the reports and that they could not give us a refund, because they had verified growth?...
4.- This company advertises a business address in the United States on its website, but it is a virtual address. They are actually in India and do not answer for the claims.
5.- WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD. EDDY, SHAVI AND AUSTIN: THE PEOPLE WHO ATTENDED US WILL NOT RESPOND FOR THEIR MONEY.
6.- We will report them to the Small Business Bureau (BBB) and all appropriate places.
