Just pleased as could be. I had a question on how something would fit together. They don't outsource over seas. Local US based workers which I think is wonderful. Will definitely support them because of this. Anyway they put in touch with a person at the manufacturer and everything figured out. Ordered, tracking number came and order arrived as promised. Will be back. Thank you!

Do not waste your time with this merchant. Their prices may seem attractive but their billing practices are questionable. If you run into an issue with an order, get ready to be given the round around. I returned an item back to them December 2010 with a prepaid label. The item was delivered a week later and I have yet to see a credit on my credit card. All I get from these people is the round around. They are a small-time shop who turn around and place orders with distributors and you are then left at the mercy of their vendors when something goes wrong. Pay a little more, go with amazon. I wish I had...

I am just thrilled with this site. Very good customer service with the neatest nautical decorations for our beach house. We have been looking all over the web for a store with cute things for our place on the coast. We have it as a nautical theme. The stores around town are charging triple what Digitalgiftstore charges online. Some of the things are heavy and we had to pay the shipping, but the lower price more than makes up for it. One of the items arrived scratched and they allowed us to return the item hassle free. We are so pleased. We will come back soon and buy some cute beachy decorations for the guest bedroom. Next up.

I'm very happy with this site's great service, and extremely surprised to see how fast my weather station and pet supplies shipped.
I was also incredibly pleased that when I emailed their support to check on something, I got a response from a real person! And not only was it not a pre-made email but it was friendly and even had a good sense of humor.
Digitalgiftstore.com easily gets an A+ as far as any online retail goes. Great selection, great prices, and great support.

You shouldn't have to write a positive review for a site when your order is received promptly and you're kept in contact with tracking information. This should be an expected thing from online retailers, but unfortunately I have been burned far too many times. Fortunately this site is not one of those. Tracking information is always emailed quickly and the order is always well packed, and received exactly as advertised. I've used Digital Gift Store for more than a year, buying a variety of business and personal items. I most recently purchased a new pet bed for my dog, Winston and it's by far better than anything I could find at a physical retailer. This continues to be a great online shopping experience.

Poor customer service
November 26, 2013

Poor customer service - I ordered two items. I was informed almost a week after I placed the order that one of the items wasn't available so I requested to cancel the other item as well because it wasn't worth paying all of the shipping costs for just one item. They insisted that there would be a $25.00 restocking fee. The product didn't even ship yet! Also, you cannot reach anyone by phone; they will only communicate via e-mail.

Save yourself the headaches... stay away from this site, worst customer service. You can not talk to a person on the phone, and they do not respond to emails. Total frustration, not worth the discount prices!

Really happy with my purchase. They are the only store that had a complete selection of the steinhausen watch that I collect. Shipping was quick and they answered my questions when they called back. They didn't call back for a couple hours but that worked out ok for me. Seems like a well run store. Watch arrived in nice packaging.

I've had a consistently good experience e-shopping with Digital Gift Store, everything I've bought has arrived on time and in one piece (which I guess is to be expected). Most recently I purchased a Weather station, which I will totally credit to preparing me for the snow storm that hit Seattle, this January. Great website at great prices, will use again.

Thank you to Digital Gift Store for being part of the reason I absolutely crushed Christmas shopping this year. I was able to get about 60% of my gifts for friends using Digi and blessedly I was able to save about 100 bucks overall by using them instead of shopping in the real world. Look forward to using the site again next year for Christmas and will probably use it throughout the year (or will at least look) when I need to get a birthday gift or something.

Got broken clock
November 7, 2013

Got broken clock. Struggled to get rma or money back. Returned to sender as my CC requested. Paid half of the price for return shipping. They did not give money back referenced on non defective item policy. Constant threats about collection agency (which they have as a side business i guess). Got a collection on my credit report from their pals. Gonna sue both of them now. Stay away from that place. Mr. Woody hertzhog loves to shop on amazon, but his drop shipping site does not stay even close to having any service whatsover.

Unfortunately, my shopping experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order for an item (within $100 range) and it was defective, I returned item and was hesitant to reorder with same manufacturer but faced a huge restocking charge (even though the item was defective). I placed another order for a more expensive item, hoping this will not be a problem. I was finally informed that the item was backordered - now remember, I have been the one initiating all correspondence and getting an answer back after a few times of emailing and after a few days, this gets really tiring and they should have been keeping me in the loop about my order. Anyway, after 3 months of back and forth, waiting I have finally pulled the plug on my order. I did receive the total amount back but I am still out the original shipping charges but and three months of agravation. Just beware, this websites lousy customer service - keep going and shop another site.

I recently bought a KidKraft outdoor "pirate" sandbox for my son from DigitalGiftStore.com. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I placed the order on a Sunday, had tracking information within 2 days... The box was missing a screw needed to attach the top and I contact the store right away. I heard back from them within 3 hours and was told they had contact KidKraft and the screw would be shipped within 24 hours. Sure enough, I had the part in hand within the next three days and my son LOVES his "pirate" ship. Have no complaints at all! The service was great.

Small online retailers like this are a godsend. I was in dire need of a portable translator that wasn't my crumby iPhone (about as useless as a paperweight without an Internet connection), So I purchased a Lingo TR-4400 World Traveler from the Digital Gift Store website in preparation for a trip to I was taking to Asia. Thankfully the Lingo was just what I was looking for and I'm really pleased I was able to find it at a great price and it arrived exactly when I was informed it would. Score! I know it will be incredibly useful in the months to come!

A friend of mine told me about this site. I was looking to purchase a large number of office chairs for a new dental office and she told me they had the best prices around. I did do my research first and read every review I could find. Bottom line, they had the best prices and I decided to give them a chance. I first emailed customer service to request a freight quote (their cart tops out at 150lbs). They not only came back to me right away for additional information (is this a commercial address, do I have a loading dock, are special services needed), they had three options for shipping back to me within 24 hours. I can't believe I got options! In addition to this, because I was ordering 15 chairs, they discounted their price significantly enough for me to include 7 wall clocks in my purchase. The order shipped out within two days of purchase and I received my chairs in great condition a week later, with the clocks showing up two days after that (shipped from a different location). I would consider their service above and beyond. "Angela" was friendly and really interested in customer service. The Director of Sales worked with me for a discount and to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would use this company again without thinking. Superb.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't try to ever take something back to the company. Bought something for $20 with $10 shipping... turns out it didn't fit. Too bad they tell me. Unless it is defective they won't even talk to you. It took me 3 weeks to get someone on the phone- that's right... 3 weeks! They ask you to leave a voicemail when you call. I did. Twice. No answer. Sent an email to them. No answer. Sent another. FINALLY got an answer. And they say, sorry- you only had 3 weeks to return. I tell them I have left message after message and they tell me too bad. They refuse to call or take my call and just want to email. Finally they respond that if it's not defective too bad. I asked about how they can call themselves a business if they have no return policy and everything is sold through 10-word descriptions and 1" photos? Not only would i never do business with this company again, but I will make sure everyone else looking into this company knows how they operate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
