I've been a customer of Blick Art Supplies for many years and have never been disappointed. If there's ever an issue (which is rare), they've always resolved it quickly.

I especially love the choices Blick gives you. You can always find what you need no matter what art project you're taking on.

If you're buying in bulk or not, you just can't beat the price and the quality has always been great!

I don't usually need customer service with Blick. The one time I did, they contacted me before I contacted them! This customer care team works very hard to quickly and efficiently correct an issue and they are pleasant while doing it. Really a treat in today's world of mediocrity.

I have ordered supplies from Blick 5 times now. The fifth was just a day or two ago, but I've received the other four - all well within the times they listed for the shipping price I paid. (No, it's not two-day shipping, but it's quite reasonable. If you want two day shipping you pay extra like normal.) All items were in good condition, and the price I paid was as good or better than the competitors. I've recommended them to family, and they've also ordered with good experiences.

I have nothing to say except this has been the most rewarding & pleasurable experience working with DickBlick. The sales staff has been extremely helpful whenI call or email they get on the request ASAP! When I had a problem with an order they took care of it immediately! You have made my little art studio what it is today a real pleasure! The selection is prefect, the pricing is more than fair and the ordering process is quick, easy & delivery is almost as fast as Amazon... lol. Thank you guys!

I paint with acrylics and I order all of my paints from Blick - I love the Utrecht brand they carry. The paints are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Only one shipment has had a problem and Blick made it right immediately. I have ordered our easels (a joy to use); canvases; paints, glass palettes and other supplies. I have always been impressed with the value received for the cost of the products. Thank you Blick for allowing me to paint during lockdown. Thank you for excellent customer service.

My art materials arrived in well-packed, perfect condition. They do take great care in how they package their materials. This was a concern I had because I ordered several rather large pads of paper, plus other items. I am very satisfied with the condition and quality of all of the items from Blick. I have ordered from them before, and I will do it again.

Easy to find and dial in to the product needed. Good email communication for updates and quick delivery.

I have been using Dick Blick for all my art supplies for 30 years. I have always been completely satisfied with everything I have ever purchased. Customer service has always been professional and helpful when needed. I had one incident with a shipment where something leaked in a boxed and ruined other items. Customer service quickly handled the situation and sent new replacement items right away. They are very dependable! I highly recommend them.

I've been shopping at Blick, both in-store and online, for about 4 years now. Their service is fantastic, their product lines are great, they maintain their stock, and they have just about anything that any level artist might need. What more could you ask for?!

I've purchased artist materials from various sources for many years. I just read where Blick rated low in customer service and timely deliveries. My experience is very favorable and I have eliminated some other sources because they are not as efficient as Blick. I always receive the ordered materials in good condition and quicker than promised. This past summer I ordered items from Blick and Cheap Joe's on the same day. Blick was better than promised and Joe's was received more than a week later. Also, their colored pencils are some of the best available (I have six different brands). Hope this is helpful.

I've received good service each time I've ordered from Dick Blick. Great prices too. The site is marked clearly when something is back ordered so you can chose to order it and wait or just get something else.

When I order from Blick I know I am getting competitive pricing. They have a large selection of products and take care with their packing and shipping.

I was worried about the negative reviews that I found after placing an order and it's true that the order (two orders to be exact as one was created with wrong billing address) was just hanging there with the "Held" status for two days.
I called the international customer service number and to be honest I haven't ever waited this short for the customer service to pick up the phone. Everything went quckly and smoothly, wrong order was cancelled, other order was confirmed, the same day my card was charged with the right amount and goods were shipped. Received them 6 days later.

Blick offers quality and price in any medium one might request, for projects of all dimensions. Blick includes a range of suppliers that are also high quality with a history of production excellence. The prices Blick gives for education bulk purchases is one of the best in the world. Blick guarantees a complete refund on any product that does not meet the expectations of the buyer. Dick Blick's own line of products are equally viable, and most useful for educators around the world. They are excellent for beginners, intermediate, and professional artists alike. I continue to order from Blick Art Materials because this company is trustworthy, generous, reliable and has given so much back to each community and persons who use the products they advocate. Blick made ut easy to find what needed anto place an order. Good follow up past ordering and tracking. The items came when promised and arrived in good shape. Hard to beat all of that and the art supplies priced below what we paid elsewhere.

Great acrylic paints- even the ones Blick acrylic paint 2 oz. Brand, they do their job perfectly- and what I like the most of the Blick 2oz is the variety of hues they offer.

No other store has as much as they have. Almost all pencils, markers, paint, watercolor, paper, clay, canvas, yeso, frames, spray paint, books, art gifts and curious stuff like eraser eggs that look like actual erasers, art puzzles, notebooks, stationary stuff, art stuff for kids. Its the most complete I have ever seen. If you like art you will love this store.

Having had several years experience ordering from Blick, I can give them a solid 5 stars. Always willing to help, accepts and /or replaces items as appropriate. And helpful & polite on the phone. (This is a 2 way street). Store employees are similarly friendly and helpful.(Tampa Store). During covid they are wiping down frequently touched surfaces at 2hour intervals. Prices are usually excellent so I check their website before anyplace else. I AM a Blick preferred customer and recommend it for savings at brick and mortar locations.

After going to couple of big stores for canvas frames, I decided to give dickblick a chance. Really good prices, fraction of the cost other stores have to offer! I love the the frames. Collection is a bit limited, but lots of sizes!

I'm a budding artist and have bought a some stationery and now some painting supplies, some big names and some Blick brands. I am not disappointed, it's nice buying some small things for less than a buck a pop. 1oz cups? I don't need two dozen of them Amazon, I just want one! Haha! Prices are good, too, didn't need to spend an arm and a leg for just a buncha 6B pencils.

Along with those pencils, I purchased a dip pen, ink, some gouache, brushes, some sketchbooks, etc, and they all shipped just fine. I must admit, shipping is sluggish, but I am very patient. It's nice to come home to a cute box with everything I ordered, packaged with care.

I noticed how much they get bashed with bad, grumpy reviews (rarely positive,) I thought I could chip in my good experience.

Always love to shop in Blicks, because they got great variety of art supplies. They give free delivery if we buy in certain amount. I hope they will give free delivery to loyal customer like me who love to shops at Blicks without reaching certain amount.

D. Blick is a business run by people so before writing off mistakes or discrepancies, it's important to note that it can happen. Human error occurs. Having said that I've had both good and bad experiences with receiving orders. Damaged wood panels or long waits for items ordered. 100 % of the time D. Blick assumed responsibility, apologized and was helpful in fixing the problem. The way they handled these instances shows more character than the slip up, delay or faulty product. 90% of my experiences ordering from this website have been the kind where you don't need to think about it and just start using the materials immediately in the art studio. The 10% that ended with an email to customer service were always supportive and I end up walking away feeling 100% satisfied with choosing D. Blick over other websites. So thank you!
