Diaperessentials

The site offers a large variety of diapers, including baby, kids, teens, and adults. They have advertized "Star" Diapers for teens and "GoodNites" for adults. I ordered both. Neither matched the pictures that they were using on their site and were far inferior to the real product. When I asked for a full refund, they said that they had a 15% restocking fee and a 15% fee if the packaging had been open. This is in spite of the fact that they shipped product that was falsely advertized by using the pictures of the real product (without the real site's consent) and never showing what they actually were shipping. Further, they twice said that they shipped the “Star” Diapers and it was not until the second shipment that they really did. They changed the order without informing me and shorted me one item. They did not include a packing list. In addition, while they list an Arizona address, they ship from Massachusetts. They provide no phone number to speak with a real person. Their responses to e-mails are sporadic and overly short. I am still fighting with them over a refund. I would strongly recommend against doing business with them.
