“Dial4Travel - Despicable company DO NOT USE THEM”

Dial4Travel - This company completely rip people off at every turn. They pretend that it's all the consumer's fault When in fact this is a way of life for their business trading. We booked. Paid on time, then they held us hostage with flights as we needed to get them. Couldn't do anything else, forced to pay an additional £1700 on top of £3k we'd already paid months and months ago. They chose a date for last payment on the weekend and stated it was our fault it didn't get to them or the flight company until the Monday past the date they recommend. It's an absolute con. They know you've booked everything else and hold you over a barrel to pay more or you lose your whole money and flights and by the time they do this it's too late to book anywhere cheaper as prices hike. Totally abhorrent service. DO NOT USE! I'd give them no stars but I can't!

Price advertised isn't what you'll end up paying, and when you dispute that they've ripped you off you won't see your money back at all.

Trying to obtain a refund on a flight cancelled due to the current restrictions. My fellow passengers, who booked with Expedia, received their full refund some weeks ago. However Dial4Travel have been unhelpful, unprofessional and unreliable. Emails go mainly unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, you always get through to a different person and the person you want to speak to is always "on another call" or "not working today" - or even better - "will be in work in one hour, please call back" which results in being subsequently told upon calling back that they're not in at all that day.
I will NEVER, EVER even consider using this company again. My advice is pay a little more because you'll almost certainly get better customer service.

Scam
I would advise others to avoid Dial4travel at all costs. I had booked a ticket from them during the pandemic, and was asked by Eric to pay a deposit of 250. When I later learned that the ticket would cost more due to needing to isolate for 10 days, I asked for a refund, but Dial4travel has yet to pay me back.

Tickets the same price as online, but I had to book seats direct with Westjet as promise of seats didn't happen, so it cost me extra. They waste your time with calls and emails and you gain nothing. Sweet talking Jonty was a waste of time. DO NOT USE. What a joke they are.

Do not book with this company. A few weeks ago I tried to book a flight online with this company, after inputting all my details. ( big mistake) it wouldn't accept my credit card due to an issue with the provider, however, within 1 minute of being unable to process my application, I received a phone call from a guy with a foreign accent, saying his name was mark, when i asked him his second name... smith. Mr... smith... ah ah, then asked me for my bank details, which I politely declined, now every time I turn on the computer I receive a pop up from these liars, and if you click the call back then someone will reply within a matter of seconds, and male or female they always have a foreign accent, but yet their names are, mike, will, sam, paul, Jenni, Rachel, laura... please don't insult my intelligence, if these are your real names, then my name is Santa Claus.

I booked my flights to Australia in March and I am paying the fee of each fortnight. Well I made a payment on the 16th April. Checked my online banking on the 19th to see that this company had taken money out of my account without my permission. So I called Dial4Travel to be basically fobbed off and told to send an email... which I did and no reply. Talking of emails I have also been emailing this company for my booking reference which I still not have received. I have already paid this company £150 and yet they still go and take another £50 out of my account. I think I will be contacting this company for a refund and booking elsewhere! Disgusting!

I have built two website specifically for dial4travel.com they have ripped me off £890.00. You can read my story at Dial4travel.info and holiday1.omline. After they have cancelled the flight and did not refund my money. Brussels Airlines made the refund to dial4travel.com but no matter what I do dial4travel.com would not give me my refund.

I paid in installments for a British Airways flight scheduled 5th July 23. I paid a deposit in December 22, with the final payment to March 23. I was happy to find someone willing to take payments; and I was assured that they are ATOL protected and I had a good fare.

I querie the booking wit British Airway as I was not able to get them bu=y phone.
My worse fear. British Airways confirmed a false Booking reference. The e -ticket was invalid.
To make Thnings worse BA had not had any money and said the flight booking did not exist.

The Company are 'uncontactable and their Customercare do not answer e mails.
I am forced to find more money to book a legitimate flight (at a higher price.
Still fighting to get my money on the fraudulent booking back.

Don't trust this company. They are rude, unresponsive and unprofessional.
I am just about to take them to the small claims court to recover my losses.
In spite of writing to the manager several times she simply refuses to respond.

Avoid at all costs. Don't make my mistake

Don not use this company > if anything goes wrong and you need their help you will be asking questions and getting answers to questions you haven't asked. This company cost me a huge amount of money.

I booked a flight on the 1st of August for £789 to go visit my girlfriend on the 27th August who was traveling around Asia. I booked a flight to meet her in Bali on the 27th Aug from London Heathrow via Dial4Travel. When booking i was asked for two forms of contact information my telephone number and my email address which i provided. I received an email confirmation saying i had booked and paid for my flights and all was good. A few weeks went by and the flight dates were approaching so i re-opened the email from Dial4Flights and realized i needed to get my full flight details as i was leaving in a week and needed details on which terminal, flight numbers etc which i hadn't received as yet. So i rang the number on the website, gave my name and booking reference and asked for my full flight details as i needed to book parking at the appropriate terminal etc. The response i got was that something was wrong with the system and they would get someone to contact me within the hour. 6 hours went by so I rang a agin. Again their response was not helpful. They said someone would ring me before 5pm. This didn't happen and I got no response when i rang a again. By this time i'm beginning to panic. At 9pm I get a phone call from a guy called Sandy with a very fast paced Indian Asian accent that was so difficult to understand. He informed me that the flight i booked was no longer available and that I'd booked a flight that was already fully booked. He said he had tried to ring me to let me know but this was totally unknown to me. I receive calls daily and don't have my phone far from me at any time. Sandy moved on quickly to telling me he had found alternative flights for £990 (my original cost was £789) and the flight times meant i would be in Bali for 6 days rather than 7. I said this wasn't acceptable as i had booked non refundable accommodation in Bali for a week and you are offering me a higher price. He continued telling me that i should have answered my phone. I asked for the dates that he rang and he quickly moved onto telling me i had to move fast to book this new flight or it would go. I then asked why i was not emailed if he could not get hold of me on the phone. He said his policy was to only make a phone call (absolutely ridiculous). So after getting angry and continuously asking for answers to why this information was not relayed to me and being passed to different people to speak to I got nowhere. I asked for a refund as i didn't want them having my money after not emailing me or even apologizing once for the inconvenience and stress and because they kept blaming me for not answering their alleged phone call. This refund was promised to go into my account the next working day and instead took 5 days.
