I don't know if DHL has alot of backup work but this time was a fast delivery, I'm assuming they usually handle international delivery.But up till now they have never misplaced any of my packages that's a plus.

Honestly the joint worst delivery company in the UK. No way of active tracking, drivers do not get in contact if they cannot find address, no live tracking, no way of contacting customer service, phone kept hanging up and not let me go past tracking info, sent emails, left messages, tried calling NOTHING all day. The urgent package i needed today is delayed again because of the obsolete systems this inefficient company is utilising. Please update your systems. You can hire me if you want it would be easy!

After I wrote the boss and reported the service that I was receiving and received the problem was rectified to my satisfaction my package was retrieved and delivered.

Horrible horrible horrible I told them while the package was left at the wrong address 2 hours later I told them I made a mistake it was suppose to go Miami lakes not Miami gardens before they try to retrieve the item and say well you will be charge for a next delivery they rather let the person jeep the items that is poor customer service.

I paid for express shipping and it showed up 6 days late. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the customer service guy was nice and helpful.

The package from India to Canada has reached yesterday but no attempt to deliver despite calls.Now it is being said that consignee has to collect on its own..

I requested my package to be delivered 1 day later, but it came two days earlier. I also chose the "leave with neighbor" option, and it was still delivered to my house.

Ordered an iPad from O2 a few days ago. They have left it on my doorstep where anyone could take it. Nobody had signed for it, this is appalling especially with such a delicate/valuable item. Did deliver fast though.

DHL is the worst company to give your package to. I really think they act like they are delivering your package and don't then mark it delivered and I do not trust this company do not use this company to carry your packages don't!

Package has sat for longer than it has needed to cross the usa. And before you blame covid, the usa has covid as well. Package from fed ex delivered monday ordered the exact same time, on the same order in fact. Auto parts needed to keep head above water while out of work. If your in the same place and need whatever you ordered pay extra to NOT have dhl handle it. Been in calgary for 2 days and hasnt moved an inch!

I have not had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is incompetent and hard to work with, since they don't seem to speak english very well and generally don't seem to know what's going on. Because they have a very poor grasp of the english language, it makes it frustrating to communicate with them. My shipment is forever delayed it seems, since their staff can't seem to get it together. It's really frustrating and I'm beginning to lose a lot of patience because of it.

I ordered products via SHEIN on the 10 August 2022 and requested this be delivered to my home address in Fernie, BC, Canada as has been done in the past with previous SHEIN orders. This order was received and has been with Loomis since 19 September in Cranbrook, BC, Canada. I have been in Communicateiin with DHL ( who outsourced the delivery to Loomis) and Loomis since then to get it to Fernie but they say it's outs their delivery area. Why then did SHEIN and DHL use Loomis is they aren't capable of delivering to Fernie?

I have weird consistencies with quality when it comes to DHL. Whenever I order one of my model kits from Thailand, they come in as fast as a day or two later, with no issues whatsoever. Lets me consent to contactless signature release, too. Notifies me when it arrives in the country, when it's leaving the office for delivery, etc.

But. Every experience outside of Thailand is an absolute nightmare. Was supposed to recieve a package on the 21st from Germany. Was not aware it was coming yet, and was never told they'd tried to deliver, and never recieved my package. So a few days later I check the tracking. That's when I found out the delivery "could not be completed." They have not attempted to redeliver, customer service does not work, as every inquiry I make that involves inputting my tracking just redirects me to the shipment page.

Redirecting delivery won't work either, as it redirects me to a page with a language I don't recognize.

Now I'm stuck on a late saturday, all offices closed at 5, obviously no office are open Sunday, and since it's been a week since come Monday, they're likely going to ship it back to the seller before I can get to the office.

Tip for consumers:
Be watchful. The service is expensive, and seems to be of higher or lower quality dependung on the country.

Normally I buy model kits from Thailand, but the incident above was for a fanzine bundle from Germany.

Reading at the title, is very clear what the intention is, choose to sign or not, in the delivery day; simple.is it? Well, on the delivery day I kept ignoring all the messages with a link to choose 'delivery without signature', because that will wave their responsibility in the event of the package arriving damaged, that's the main reason to stay WITH signature option. But why sending multiple times that "no signature" option and leave it at the front door anyways? Before you ask, I was in the house and about 2 mins after staying in the front door, when I came back, the package appeared there, not even a bell ringing. Surely they have a fancy excuse for this, but the feedbacks and videos said it all every year.

Me robaron 400 dólares por un paquete de 6 libras al Salvador jamás me dieron respuesta llame a DHL y según q ellos no se hacían cargo pero yo a ellos les pague para q mi paquete de fuera al Salvador y jamás me dijeron nada al final hasta ofendida salí la q me contesto de atención al cliente enojada porq yo quería una repuesta y ella no sabía nada al final me dijo q mi paquete estaba perdido y eran puras mentiras son unos ladrones no se los recomiendo no manden sus cosas por DHL

Tip for consumers:
No manden sus paquetes por DHL al final no te dan respuesta y tus pertenencias las dan por perdida y no te regresan nada ni tú dinero ni tus pertenencias no se los recomiendo ni el 1 % mejor pagan donde sea más seguro y responsables

I constantly read that DHL is great for delivering things to overseas, unfortunately when it comes to domestic delivery services in the USA they are lacking and sometimes even worse than the post office when it comes to snail mail or packages. Thier lack of Infrastructure makes them reliant on using the USPS for the rual delivery services. So it pays to just use the post office or other delivery service. And using the tracking service is laughable at best. Buyer be ware

I should get my parcel on Dec 22, on Dec 23 I received a text that my parcel is ready for pick up in town which is 200 km away from me! I didn't request that, but on website they wrote that! So I called there and rude guy told me that DHL doesn't deliver to my town! BULL$#*!! I got parcels from DHL previously! He told me that an expert will call me on... Dec 28! Can you imagine? This parcel was a Christmas gift and I wasn't be able to give it, because of fuc@#!$g DHL! Moreover they don't answer on messages via website! Total SCAM!

Shipped a package overseas and DHL demanded all kinds of documentation or they would not deliver. Mind you, they started pitching a fit when the package was in Germany. I had them return it to me in the USA and I reshipped the same package FedEx without issue.

Unlike many customers here, I have to say that all packages sent to me via DHL actually did arrive (eventually) and arrived in acceptable (although not pristine) condition. That's why I gave DHL one more star than my feelings about the company would support.

The two problems that I have about DHL are there total lack of any sort of 'customer service' or support for the people receiving packages sent via DHL and their unbelievably slow shipping times.

Their so-called "Customer Service" people are even more blatant than their competitors about letting you know that you aren't really considered a "customer" -- so far as they are concerned, only the shippers are their customers, and only the major companies with exclusive DHL contracts really count. There's a reason DHL is normally pronounced "D H Hell" by those who have suffered through having a package shipped via this company.

Their tracking system is less reliable than UPS or FedEx (about as bad as USPS) but so far as I have been able to tell their actual routes only add about one day to the delivery time on packages to my city. We are a major Interstate junction in the central US, so a typical DHL or FedEx package actually passes through here on its way to their nearest "hub" before being hauled back here the next day. Although the route adds only that one day to the transit time, the WAY the company handles packages usually adds a few more days. Unlike other shippers that operate more-or-less 24/7, it seems that DHL operates on a daily cycle so that each time a package reaches one of their hubs, it has to stay there until the next day before moving on to the next hub. If a package reaches a hub in the daytime, it won't more on to the next hub until AT LEAST the next day. Sometimes the tracking data will show a package sitting at one of their hubs for several days. If you call to ask what's happening, no one knows but the usual GUESS is that your package is PROBABLY in transit somewhere and just wasn't scanned.

I avoid having packages shipped by DHL, but in too many instances online you simply don't have any choice for basic shipping unless you want to 'upgrade' to obscenely expensive options like Next Day Air. Most online vendors don't even tell you how they are going to ship your purchase, and especially not when they are saying "free shipping" (nothing is really free, they just include the shipping in the price).

The parcel came from China to Spain in good time, once in Spain it was all downhill. I speak some spanish but the spanish customer service agent, and they do have english speaking agents, decided to make life hard work. Telling me in spanish they did not understand, mis spelling my name and mis writing my details. This caused the parcel to get stuck in customs here, and we then had to collect the parcel from the local shopping centre carpark, meeting the DHL van there, delivery was nearly a week late. The english speaking agent did not know the drivers name but just told us to look out for the DHL and the fat guy! Not the service I expect from DHL
