The worst delivery company I have seen! They did not contact me in a timely manner and then destroyed my purchase (valued at 400$) because they apparently kept it for two weeks! Would not do anything for me told me it was "my problem" and to contact jjhouse regarding my purchase. Horrible customer service from the woman on the other line. She was very rude and ignorant towards me and obviously did not care about the mistakes her company had made. Absolutely use anywhere but here for delivery service.

Tip for consumers:
they never intended to deliver
It was my first time to use DHL to send items to my sister in Australia and I have mix feelings about them. Because I think their customer service is good but my biggest problem about them is that my package lost several items before it reached my sister. The front pat of the box where it was taped was slightly slashed and that's where they took my nephews stuff.
Their service is good because I was well accommodated in their mall branch and also the online customer service where I filed this complaint. But I wouldn't recommend them due to lack of security to the package we sent. I was lucky enough that what was stolen is not that expensive but the fact remains that it was stolen under their supervision. I never received any compensation on the stolen goods, their investigation never had a result and ending you'll just charge it to experience. So here's the best way I can think of to make sure that their future customer will be vigilant when using their service. Also, never put expensive stuff in your package.
