Its always been my favorite site. Truly dhgate really helped me to grow up my business from basic to professional since 5 years. Im a regular buyer of products for my shop located in Mauritius. I always noticed dhgate have a good team of sellers from china and they care of buyers a lot, however for any issue? Dhgate always responsive to me and provide best solution. I just want to say a BIG THANKS to dhgate management and team, Keep it up - :)

My very first buy in DHgate was very satisfactory.The seller of the product I have bought was very kind and very attentive.

The shipping of the product I have bought was very quick. The time delivery of the product I have bought was very fast. It was best than I expected. The specifications of the product that I have bought were very accurate.

I have no complaints about it. I intend to buy another items in DHgate.

I hope that I always have this kind of experience in the future order that I hope I can do soon. I may suggest that DHgate could give coupons and other discounts to customers more often.

Do not trust this site! I ordered two items and payed extra for faster shipping which after a month I'm still waiting. At this point I'm sure I will not receive any items. You cannot contact anyone, the live chat is a robot, it takes you through a maze which gets you nowhere. The tracking numbers Don't work and you can't see where it is. You can't contact customer service bc there probably isn't any. Emailed the seller and guess what it's an automated robot message! Beware and do not buy from this site.

I usually prefer to support local business but at times there is not enough competitive business to offer a fair price for product. I am willing to spend that little extra to shop local but I have bills and family to support as well.
Most of our products come from China so why not buy direct if the opportunity is there and especially when you can not even get the variety or sometimes even the products are not available.
I have been shopping at DHGate.com for 4-5yrs now and only had a couple of sales issues but the site is customer focussed... if the seller did not resolve it and I was in the right... then the admins for the site righted the situation. They care about customer service.
Free shipping on most items and many times you can select to buy 1-of items or buy in bulk depending on your needs. Not sure how they can ship from China to Canada for free when it often costs more than the product when shipping domestic or from the states... but they do. China is 1/2 a world away so anticipate about 4 weeks which they do tell you... so it means being a bit more prepared or planning but often buying something for 1/2-1/4 the price or getting something that you can not even order in at a local retailer.
As per all sites, buyer beware but 4yrs and 100s of products a year... I am completely satisfied with the buying experience from searching to "similar to" finds and low cost and free shipping and then the big part of their success is customer confidence. I know the admins for the site are watching my back even to the extent of banning a vendor and refunding my money if I was wronged. A+++ customer service.

I bought a guitar from jugg_guitar. Guy named Tony, on January 23rd 2017. No tracking number. Excuse after excuse. Said guitar was in stock, but no tracking number for weeks. I filed for a refund. Seller then processed the order and DHgate cancelled my refund request. Seller sent a tracking number that showed no activity. ISeller then said delay in shipping due to their warehouse not sending it to the shipper, EMS, which is the Chinese shipping company. Item got to the shipper on feb 23rd, one month after I paid for the guitar. Now it is March 1st and tracking number shows the guitar still sitting at the shipping facility being "processed"! Hasn't even left China. DH gate says I have to wait until the package arrives here ( when ever the hell that will be), then refuse delivery. Package will go back to the seller (God only knows how long that will take), then, at some point (if the seller is honest about recieving the shipment), they will initiate a refund and that could take weeks. This is the worst kind of experience. One that you have ZERO control over. Totally at the mercy of thieves! I should have known better than to deal with Chinese. NEVER AGAIN!

Reviews on this site are reliable and if you are selective you will find a large selection of item for amazing prices! I have been shopping DHGate for a few years now and have had great success- but I will admit that I am diligent in my selections. My best experience has been with the custom jewelry. Wonderful options and so very enjoyable. Furthermore- I have been able to send to my friends and family gifts I would have had to pay so much shipping for through DHGate at Christmas with a little planning. Over all my shopping experience has been exceptional.
