I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband and I. The print on the side was smeared and the shoe panels are off center. They look very cheap. When I asked to return I was told that the smeared print is how its supposed to look, so I cannot return. It is in no way advertised or made clear that these products are defective, smeared and off center.

I ordered a metal sign with my 3 dogs on the sign. I worked with Sam by email because there was a question on which dog name goes to which dog breed. When I received the sign the wrong dog names where placed on the wrong breeds. I emailed Sam the day I received the sign & have emailed at least 5 more times with absolutely no response. There is never an answer when you call the number. I placed my order in March & since then one of my dogs has passed away but I still was trying to get them to replace the sign. I will say, the sign quality is beautiful but if there is a mistake on it then you've thrown $38 out the window.

It's a year that our four-legged baby joined the family and we decided to give him a customized gift. I bet this is definitely the best gift. I ordered a product on 4/24/2021 then received a notice that it was out of stock on 5/19/2021 and told I would be "immediately refunded". On 5/21/2021 I emailed the company asking when should I expect my refund and the reply was 3 to 5 days. It's 5/29 still no refund.

I have been ordering from design Full Print for a long time now and I have been coming back over and over for good reasons. The great quality product, the excellent customer service, the quick delivery, and the overall fantastic customer experience. This is too many more years of great service.

Waited 4months for my order and not recived anything. They send me tracking of one item but i live i Sweden and the packed are in Norway.
Contacted them to get my money refund. They stoped answering.

Designing my top and legging from DesignFull Print is the best choice I ever made. They are very detailed and give you the best quality you could ever imagine. Very accurate and give you the exact design you ask for. My legging and top always come on time. I highly recommend them.

This store and Amazon store just copy images from other stores on Etsy and sells products using other people's designs to sell infringed copies on Amazon. They have stolen my design and other designs from other stores too. They have copied the images of my product hence why they are so blurry and are trying to sell them on Amazon. Please do not buy from this store as they do not own these products and you will be disappointed.

This site is NOT legit, they are not selling the items they are advertising, they are stealing these photos from other selling platforms and sending TERRIBLE products to replicate the stolen infringed items. ILLEGAL
