I had ordered the fossil watch from designerswatch. The delivery was made within timelines mentioned on the site. The product I received was new and it was in great condition. I am using it now and then it works great and I love my watch. One thing that could have gone better is the box in which the watch was delivered. Now days fossil gives sturdy cases while shopping at fossil outlet. I got in the tin box. Box was good however it could be improved.

I place order in December 2016 for two watches. Got one yesterday, 02/23/2017, still waiting for another one. After placing the order, I received an email stating that the watches are not in stock. Two more emails are that repeating the same things with higher and higher wait times. Hope it gets better.

Designerswatch is not an authorized Citizen watch dealer. Designerswatch's warranty does not cover water damage even though the watch model number jy8031-56l is rated to 20 bars or 660ft of water resistance. I returned this watch and they will not issue a refund of $373.00. Interesting that designerswatch's customer service agents and their supervisors hang up on customers!

I've purchased a few luxury pieces from designerswatch. True, they are considered grey market resellers, but I trust them more than any place for watches and luxury pens -- this includes authorized dealers. What you get in exchange for not having your name written on a purchase card is a price that cannot be beat, except perhaps for a used piece that you can find on an auction site. I don't put much faith in those places -- I have received fake merchandise there and had to get a dispute going to get my money refunded. With designerswatch, I never worry..
