Sales people were fantastic. We mainly dealt with Michael. Products and prices were great. Delivery was an issue. Our oven was sent to the wrong customer. While waiting for the oven, our contractor went ahead and fabricated the double-oven cutout, and he had to change it when the oven arrived (mostly my fault given I provided cutout dimensions with a pedestal included). I highly recommend and will continue to do business with these guys given the delivery mishap was most likely an anomaly.

So far so good. I will have to receive a call tomrrow in regards to my order. And the shopping experience will only end when I take delivery.

I received my order, the delivery time was longer than promised. One of the products were as promised, and works terrific, the other one was used instead of unused, so that was a disappointment. But it was handled professionally by the team and it was not their fault in the first place.

The refrigerator I ordered came with one layer of bubble wrap on the front and one layer of cardboard taped around it. The unit was damaged in several places. It looked like something had hit it in several places, and one corner crashed through the pallet, causing further damage.

I was very disappointed that I had to return the refrigerator. All other aspects of the sale went smoothly.

Felt like $500 was a fair offer but went ahead and agreed to the extra $50 just because versus a specific reason

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to the price and delivery was that my order sat around for a few days before being shipped. There was a miscommunication between sales agents. The product, a show room model rangetop was in excellent condition. Showed very minor wear.

I liked the range I received, and when I had a problem, you guys helped by sending someone out. However, the refrigerator piece by piece broke from the very beginning and I could never get any help getting these parts fixed or replaced and that is still the case.

I called with a question about the results policy and the salesman seemed unsure and wanted my phone number to call me back. He told me 20% restocking fee.

I bought several kitchen appliances at DHS -- dual Liebherr refrig units, bertazzoni cooktop, vent-a-hood, two dishwashers (one full size and one drawer unit), and bar refrig from the outlet selections several years ago and was very satisfied with the prices and selection. Now as I look for additional applliances for other kitchen projects, I find that the selection and pricing in the outlet area is not as attractive as is previously was.

The price was very good, but shipping was very slow and the communication was average, but got better.

Mike has done an awesome job with the items I wanted for the kitchen remodel. Eddy Has also assisted in the search, cooktop is the only item missing
