Our sales person Bill E. was very helpful and diligent. I was pleased to work with him We have not yet received our order as it is being held for shipment until our home is ready for appliance installation. I have previously purchased from Designer Surplus and have been very happy with both selection and price. Previous experience is why we came back, even though we have moved out of state. Free shipping of my order is key!
Ge Profile oven Micro combo ,Installed 30 days ago , microwave works but oven never has . still waiting for part to fix . Ge profile dishwasher installed at same time , also wont work screen says it has leak but there are no leaks . As for the shipping of the appliances , they were promised in 7 days . they were received 32 days later . big mistake using this supplier .

The product is good but customer response time is horrible! I bought a warranty and never had confirmation of it being processed - Left voicemail for manager and sent email request to admin office for details on purchase and nothing. Called warrentech and they didn't have any info on my purchase. Called your store back and some person gave me some vague almost phony info that it would be processed in two weeks - I've heard nothing - Will now put negative reviews up on the Internet to warn others if my warranty isn't processed by mid October.
Our office but a wine fridge and ice maker but at the time of us buying these we didn't realize that wine fridge wouldn't come with the stainless steel door but rather it required a custom panel finish. It took me from August 2016 until January 2017 to get this resolved after going back and forth with them about getting it replaced. I had to contact them several times to make sure they were getting things done and every time it was a different story and the manager that sold it to us would never return my calls or emails. Sad to say that they're definitely all about the sales with horrible customer service after the deal is done.
I have never have to contact anyone for a defected product. I am absolutely desatisfied with the price by Jeff and the installation by Johnney. This is a Lemon product and I am planning to return it today. I have purchased a lot of stuff from you and referred lots of friends. But this will probably end here.
The Stove had additional damage not listed on the legs of the stove, and one of the two ovens does not work. I would not have bought it at all had I known one of the ovens was not working.
