the coupon for SAVE10 that supposedly expires today did not work, which was a little frustrating. I had tried calling your office earlier, but didn't hear back before end of business day. Just put the purchase through anyway. Would appreciate a credit.

Check out was slow, but perhaps my wifi dropped when I tried to use PayPal. Then, product was was received from shipping company boxed, with no apparent damage. When opened, we found back top panel bent and missing the screws. We later found paperwork showing this item was originally sold to and returned by Home Depot. We did not realize we were purchasing a previously sold/returned product. It seems to work fine, however.

Best price and great customer service. It took FEDEX 5 yes 5 business days to deliver this item from North Jersey to South Jersey. I could have walked there and gotten it faster.

So far it's been easy to find what I was looking for , I'm a little nervous about not having a delivery time before payment

Your delivery arrived 90 minutes after the end of the window. I was called after the end of the window time that they would be a "little late." When they arrived they dropped it off didn't help me unpack or check and had me sign a form skipping the check boxes and practically ran out. The excuse was they were busy with installs, so you'd think drop offs would be first. It makes me glad I did the install myself. The price was competitive, but when it comes to free delivery you get what you pay for.

Delivery took longer than originally communicated (about 6 weeks). Paid for the professional installation.
Delivery company came without tools - borrowed mine - the hose was not secured and leaked the first time I tried to do a load. The dryer vent was connected with blue painters tape found in my garage. The boxes were left in the middle of my driveway. They did not call prior to arriving to my house - a 30 min window was promised.

So far the products are wonderful. We've been washing and drying like crazy. We love our dream purchase.

I had a great overall experience. The chat feature was easy to use and quickly let me know my request was possible. I ended up calling in the order because of the express delivery. The customer service rep was personable, knowledgeable, quick and extremely helpful. He got the order in right away so it could get out right away. I will definitely look to designer appliances in the future.

First time to order an appliance on line. I have many appliance stores in my area who have very competitive pricing. I Was hesitant at first and especially when it took so long to fill my order....I was kept up to date and when it finally arrived everything was in order. Installation complete and unit running as advertised. The cost savings was worth the wait in this case and I would consider using Designer Appliance again...
