The order process was simple and fast. The communication went smoothly and everything seems to be fine. We have not open the appliance boxes yet so I cannot comment on the condition but everything else from the ordering to the delivery is great.

Haven't reviewed the appliance yet.

Shipping experience was pretty bad. They rescheduled it 4 different times, which is ridiculous.

So Far So Good. Will see if you will be the 1st of 4 previous suppliers who has the item as described/Model # matched with the correct product, in stock, and it arrives! Appliance was delivered on time and packaged well. I need to plug it in and make sure it works, but am happy thus far.
