Very disappointed that it took double the quoted time for my appliances to arrive and that it was very difficult to find any staff who proactively contacted me on the status, plan for resolution and periodic updates.
However, the appliances are great and I could not find another place who could get these products.

If I ever order again I will specify the delivery carrier. Worst delivery service I ever dealt with. Was set for delivery time then I was postponed til next day ( no big deal) had working washer removed bed for new arrival. Next day no call no show. Delivery company had no answers. No customer service skills. Washer showed up a week later. Was suppose to call before coming. Once again no call. The company came put washer in driveway, no knock on door, no call, I am surprised it wasn't stolen. Not that I live in a bad neighborhood but it was right in front where any one could have took it. Design appliance is a great place but the shipping company should be out of business.

Delivery took longer than originally communicated (about 6 weeks). Paid for the professional installation.
Delivery company came without tools - borrowed mine - the hose was not secured and leaked the first time I tried to do a load. The dryer vent was connected with blue painters tape found in my garage. The boxes were left in the middle of my driveway. They did not call prior to arriving to my house - a 30 min window was promised.
