I love DermShop! The sight is so super easy to navigate and once I found the exact product I was looking for, I was able to read detailed information about it before I made the decision to purchase it. Once I decided to purchase the transaction was quick and easy, there was no shipping fee, and the product arrived even sooner than I expected. I will be using this sight for all future skincare products down the road - without a doubt.

I love shopping on dermshop.com. It is easy site to navigate, they have great prices, even sales weekly, also when u click on an item and decide to add to cart sometimes there is a coupon listed that you can click on to add to card for extra discount on that particular item. All you do is click to check coupon and the click add to cart and it shows price of item and then where the coupon has been applied.

Best store on the internet. Good prices, free shipping, all name brand stuff, what more can be said about them? They do a great job. It saves me the hassle of driving across town to another store

They do a good job. Deliver timely and I never get any "sorry it was out of stock" messages like you do with some bad stores. Wish I could order everything from them!

Be careful buying from this site. A good amount of products are fake. They claim their Obagi is real, called to check with Obagi - they never heard about them. True they are not on the black list as Obagi can not track all the fakes.
But if they send a coupon in the mail for 15% off and whey you try to apply it tells you it is not valid and a call to customer services yields a negotiation with the manager (Alex) and is willing to give only 10% off I would say all is one big fake.

I had a wonderful experience shopping online with DermShop and was really impressed by the selection of high quality products all in one place. There is definitely something for everyone! Moreover, I found the prices of DermShop products to be competitive and was 100% satisfied with the free shipping and speed of delivery; I didn't expect to be using my product within two days of when I placed my order. I'll definitely be returning to shop again and will be telling all of my friends to shop with DermShop for any of their future beauty purchases.

I have shopped at DermShop.com several times now. I really appreciate having so many products on one website. It saved me lots of time not having to switch from one website to another to view products. I thought the ordering process was very easy and the free shipping was a real plus!

The live chat does not work.

If you order something there is no way to track your package. They never answer the telephone or return emails. I order from this site without researching, never receive the product. I have decided to take legal action if I'm not refunded.

Ordering from DermShop was an awesome experience. I was able to find the product I needed quickly and checkout was easy and painless.
