Should have known better than to order anything from this website before reading the reviews. My package was delivered with only one of the two items inside. The actual derma roller was not in the package when it was delivered. I have sent several emails to customer support over the span of 7 days and reached out through their website for help, with no response. I placed the order on March 24,2022 and the package with only 1 of the 2 items was delivered 4 weeks later on April 19,2022.

I did not use anything since I am missing the most important part of my order.
Charged for purchase and never received confirmation email nor product. I've sent numerous emails and no one has responded.
ALERTE ROUGE sur site https://www.dermarollershop.com/: Même expérience qu'un autre client ci-dessous. Commande de 105€ le 27/11/21. Aucun mail de confirmation, aucune possibilité de suivi puisque leur site ne permet pas de créer un compte (!). Commande prétendument expédiée le 18/12/21 par Fedex MAIS le no de suivi indiqué est inexistant chez Fedex. Réponses lapidaires à mes mails, puis plus de réponse du tout. Quant à Paypal, la réclamation que j'ai ouverte chez eux (ma première) a été clôturée d'office et sans suite.
Pretty sure this company is a scam - I spent over $150 and haven't received a confirmation on my order NOR got my order.
DON'T SHOP HERE
I ordered a product that I read afterwards might not be healthy. I decided rather than take a chance I would return it. I wrote to this company three times about return policy and they never responded. I am very upset that they are so arrogant as to not even have the decency to respond. I would give them a zero star if I could.
