I could not have prayed for a worse product! Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

DO NOT BUY from Infomercials unless you want to throw away your money and time. Everything they say they will throw in for free costs EXTRA SHIPPING and Handling and is NOT REFUNDED if you return the product. And in most cases, your order will take SEVERAL WEEKS to reach you. MOST of the products are JUNK. If you are really interested, wait a month or so and it will be mass marketed to stores like Bed Bath and Beyond and even Walgreens. Some malls have "As Seen on TV" stores.

I haven't tried this yet but I had considered it so I did some research on the product and I believe even as much as I hate shaving, I'll stick to my razor.

I read several stories about the products website and it seems that people are getting overcharged and when they call in to question or, they're told there is no information on the account. This apparently happens as well when they call to complain about the product and ask for a refund. One person was even told that there was no supervisor around so they couldn't help them.

I saw that some people loved the product and it worked well but no better than what you can find in the stores while others complained of their skin burning and that it didn't work all that well for them.

So, if you want to try this product, more power to you but I'd wait till it comes out and is sold in the stores being as I could not find one favorable review on the website for Depil Silk at all.

I got a phone call from 2 jabbering idiots who were telling me that my credit card was going to be charged $25 per month as they were sending me some coupons with discount savings, for stores I do not use. BEWARE -do NOT buy from this compaany - they are crooks!

My complaint is regarding the false and misleading advertising of the Depil Silk product. I thought I was purchasing a buy-one-get-one free offer; well was I duped. As some of the other consumers have complained I as charge 29.98 instead of $10.00. ( so I paid for the "Free Offer" and the S/H was $45.93. My total purchase was *83.90. I called to complain and was told the $45.93 covered each item that was sent in one Box. I was given a $15.00 credit if I kept the order. If I returned the order I was stuck with the S/H and given a credit of $37.97. It was cheaper for me to keep the order. Be forwarned and don't be duped as I was. Stay away from Depil Silk company!

CONSUMER BEWARE OF DEPIL SILK: I got an e-mail on 5/28/2010 that my order was being shipped to me. The total was $71.92, although the products I ordered totaled $19.98.The S&H was nearly $42.00. I reponded immediatly to the company and asked that they STOP this order. However it came anyway. I REFUSED it and it was returned to them. They still insist that I pay the S&H, of almost $42.00. I intend on contacting The N. J BBB, and Fl. BBB as well as the postmaster General. This is a rip off of the worst proportion. Idon't know if there product works or not but for the double postage I am noy willing to find out. BE CLEAR DEPIL SILK PRODUCTS keeping my 41.98 S&H, will cost you much more, Futhermore youy agent bon the phone failed to notify me that your S&H was so high. Sincerely Donna Kennedy

Ok, well first of all, Fortunately after I saw all the reviews of scams from ordering it through them, I did not get depilsilk from the website but I bought it before I saw the reviws from a local store where it was on clearence( for a good reason). If you have very thin hair this will work fine, but if you have thick, coarse hair like me don't bother. I have a spot or two where my hair on my legs is thinner and it took it off fine but the rest is just as it was. It looked like it took off the top layer of skin, but it didn't irratate my legs so far. It didn't on the test spot at least, still waiting to see about the rest of my legs, but I wouldn't recommend it to some one with sensitive skin, or relly anyone. Maybe it works for some people. But not for me.
