Deny Designs is a good idea with awful delivery. This company sells super low quality polyester everything. The fabric feels itchy and gross. The wooden cutting board I ordered has started to warp after 1 month of using. Way over priced, Way under delivered... very disappointing.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. If you want to return item ordered they will give you the run around

I was in a big redesign mood and ordered several things from this site. A shower curtain, pillows, throw blanket, and duvet set. Everything but the duvet set worked. However, the duvet was really bad. It was based on a photo vs drawing. It was stretched and the color was not saturated enough for the pattern to be recognizable. It looked fine on the shams. The duvet definitely did not match the photo on the site. I am having to pay shipping to get a refund.

Some designs may just not be suitable for a queen duvet format and should not be available to purchase.

I am torn with the amount of stars to give because now everything is fine and I got a full refund. If only it hadn't taken several emails, a trip to UPS after packing up the return, writing 2 public unsatisfactory reviews, and also saying my experience was bad to a DENY questionnaire. They have issued me a FULL refund and did not have to pay $42 to return the curtains. Thank you, DENY, for doing what you promised to do. I appreciate it. The company has great designs. Truly wonderful. Wish the quality was better. But I am satisfied now. Again-- thank you.

I ordered 2 king size comforters and didnt love how they fit the bed. I emailed to begin the process of my return, and before I even got a response back, I had already received a refund! They refunded me without me even having sent them back, I was so pleasantly surprised. Fantastic customer service, and I will definitely be shopping with them again

Ordered a comforter with a mountain like photo imprinted on it. Upon opening the box, the comforter did not look anything like the photo online. Like if you took a cell phone picture and then decided to have it printed on a quilt. Extremely pixelated! Customer service is very slow to respond and "DENYING" to send a shipping label for me to return back to them. Wants me to pay an additional $20 to ship back so I would be now out $40. I learned my lesson hard, never order from a company that is not well known and read the reviews before clicking enter to purchase!

Seriously, it's gotten worse since even a few years ago. There is no mechanism/filtering ability to more narrowly search for items by color, design style/print, etc. It's so frustrating, I just have up after 30 minutes of trying to find something to my liking. :(

I've made two large purchases from Deny Designs, and there were serious mistakes / quality control issues both times. While I agree that their Customer Support is fantasticprompt, streamlined, and immediately willing to replace the items at no additional costtheir quality control really sucks.

The first time I ordered from them, I purchased a duvet cover with two matching pillow shams, and an additional two pillow covers in a different design. I was very happy with the quality of most of my order, where the fabric felt silky and high quality and the printing looked good. However, one of the pillow shams arrived looking like it had gotten jammed in their printer and was mailed out anyway. The printing was crooked and overlapping in parts, and there were ink stains on the back. After I filed a ticket and sent in some photos, they were prompt in agreeing to replace that item. However, since all of their products are custom printed, it still took several weeks for me to receive the replacement.

I recently made the same exact order of two pillow cases, plus a duvet cover and pillow sham set. This order was an epic mess. (Incidentally, I'd found they had raised prices across the board including shipping in the 4 months between my orders) The designs on the pillow cases were printed SIDEWAYS (seriously, how does that happen?), and the pillow shams were printed on the wrong fabric. Basically, out of 5 items, only one of them didn't have issues. Again, I took photos and filed a ticket, and they were very quick to offer me a replacement. That's great customer service... however, they should work much harder at not shipping out so many mistakes in the first place.

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere if you're buying as a gift, because odds are you're going to need at least one of the items reprinted and replaced.

I ordered a duvet and shams from Deny Designs. The shams were as pictured but the duvet design seemed disproportionate. I contacted customer service and they asked that I submit a photo. I did so, and they promptly issued a refund and told me I did not need to send the items back. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

Ordered two king sized duvet covers from Deny Designs. Inferior, blurry quality, unlike beautiful image representation on the website. Colours also very different. I submitted a refund request, which has fallen on deaf ears. Very expensive products and expensive international shipping costs. Big let down and waste of money :(

My experience with customer service is not satisfactory. Two days after shipment notification still unable to obtain tracking status. Customer service rep less than helpful. I have never encountered tracking issue with UPS. Frankly I don't believe order has shipped due to no change in status in two days.

I ordered a duvet and shams and the colors were pretty off. I was expecting dark blue and got teal. Fabric was also very different from my first order a year ago. Emailed Deny (since there is no customer service number ANYwhere on their site or order forms) and got one email after another asking for pictures, the order number of the order from a year ago, and it just went on until I asked for an address to ship it back. Shipped it back in it's a original packaging with the original order form and even placed the request number they give you on the label. Shipped through Fedex two weeks ago... no credit to my account. I emailed them again to inquire and they asked for the fedex number - another hoop to jump through for a simple credit to my account. This is starting to have major UDAAP implications. No duvet, no shams, no money... Sill waiting for my refund... my advice- just get your housewares elsewhere.

Best customer service I have ever received from an online store. Responsive, compassionate, solution in first response, easy instructions... I will for sure order from Deny Designs again. This was my 3rd order from Deny and each time, the service has been amazing.

I ordered a custom duvet and the print job was just awful. I am a graphic design so I am very comfortable working with files for print. I spent a week getting the perfect design together and what arrived was terrible - the colors were completely wrong and the print ended short, leaving a large white space all around. The microfibre or whatever material it is feels cheap and artificial. There was no way to proof the colors, and there is a no return policy... basically just bend over and take it. Please don't waste your time and money on this overpriced duvet cover!

Every order Ive placed (about 15 items) has been amazing. Only one item didnt meet my expectations because black was really dark blue. Customer service was extraordinary. Will be a loyal customer and will spread the word!

Deny Designs printing is terrible. I ordered a duvet cover - and the 'white' background turned out to be a smudgy gray and white grid. Spoils the whole effect.

I recently used this company for the first time to order an art canvas. When it arrived I thought the colors were not as vibrant as the image on the website. When I called they were so nice and helpful. They told me to send a photo of the canvas and their design team would review it. Within a couple of days they told me they would re-do the canvas and even set up UPS to come pick it up from my home. I just received the "new" canvas and it's perfect! This is a wonderful company and I look forward to ordering more custom made items from them!
