Avoid avoid avoid. What a catalogue of disasters this has been. Although their website home page has a banner that says "Deluxe Slate is still in business", I suspect they are not. Here's what happened. My original order was a small deviation from the template and I had to check up on it twice before they got it right. Then I was told the plate had been despatched through Parcel Force but was never advised of a tracking number. Some days later I was told Parcelforce had "lost" the package but that they would remake the plate and send it through a different courier. I chased up asking for a tracking number several times by phone and email but my many calls and messages were either not answered or just ignored. If these guys have not gone out of business already, they will do soon. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the number of false promises made was astounding. Spectacularly disastrous; a phenomenally useless company and an embarrassment to Wales. Avoid at all costs.
