Although they have an excellent foundation (Christian, the Owner's own book about Wealth), and the parents have built a solid reputation based on honesty and hard work, some of their people need serious lessons in customer service, commitment to clients and value for the money. Beware of writing negative reviews of some of their sales people - they'll immediately stick you with a legal attack to force you to withdraw and keep their ratings up, and they delete negative reviews from their own Facebook page. Considering the high cost of services in a competitive market, the services are lacking and need refinement/accuracy. When you hire a real estate agent and pay them tens of thousands of dollars from your profit, you have high expectations. Period. Some of the people at this organization do NOT deliver. Unfortunately, I can't name the specific person I have in mind due to their pre-dispostion to "lawyer up" the second they see their name online, but this should make you wary of the organization as a whole.
