I actually applied through another Deed Poll office, who quoted me a timescale of 6 months until completion, and by accident I called the wrong number to chase up my application, thank goodness I did as I was made aware that I could get my name changed in less than a week & for less than half the cost, and pay online, rather than send a cheque, so cheque cancelled & Deed Poll Documents received. Many thanks!
