I was impressed with their selection of home decor and their prices, so I placed an order on 9/4 and they charged my credit card on 9/7. Oddly their email receipt was about 6 lines of text on a plain white background. Did not look like it came from a business. On 9/16 I received a message that the item had shipped via FedEx and there was a tracking number. Again the message was a few lines of text on a plain white background. On 9/25 I emailed the company because the FedEx tracking site continued to state that they received notice of the shipment, but never actually received the package from Decor-Collections. Two days later I received an email from Decor-Collections that there was an error with the shipment and they would investigate and respond. I emailed them again on 9/29 and 10/6, but I have never received any response from them. I searched every corner of their website and finally found a phone number 877-700-DECO, but it does not accept calls from my area (Virginia). I am going to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Do not do business with this company.
