I've purchased from Debshops twice now and I haven't had any of the problems below in these reviews. The quality is great, items were shipped and delivered on time and the fit was true to size. Some items might be a bit overpriced but once they have a sale, it's totally worth it.

I placed my ordered November 11,2020 and here we are December 18th and still no package. At this point I just wanted a refund. I click the little bubble and tried talking to the rep. Is there a number I can call and talk to a real representative because I was not happy nor am I satisfied with my services from the company. So I'm speaking and expressing my dissatisfaction with everything and their responses were so ignorant. I have screenshot to prove just how rude and unprofessional they were.

Bought a pair of boots that had rivets. Several of them fell off in transit and requested a refund for defective product. They denied the refund and said what they would do is issue me a 10 dollar credit based on the percentage of damage. WHAT? It's either damaged or it's not. They stopped communicating with me and I received no refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY… do not order from this site! Awful experience and would give them a -10 if I could. Beware!

Ordered 2 pair Jean's took awhile when they came quality sucked like cheap crap and no invoice enclosed nothing at all and way too large like 3 times to large for me even though I followed their sizing guidelines. No reply through email and no phone number to call. This place is rip off and make it impossible to return cause they don't respond to email or give a address etc. to return so I called got credit from my card company. They give 14 days to return but since you can't return do to no response they get keep your money and give you junk not to mention I thought this was a US company but it's in Hong Kong. Fraudulent company with Chinese junk. I'd rate 0 but they only have 1 to 5 ratings.

My tracking number claims to have been delivered. The post office won't do anything because of that. I never received it. This web site is now closed.

The color was not even close to what was advertised. It was not cut straight, does not lay proper, as the shirt bunches up on my right shoulder, not even sewn straight. Tried very hard to return shirt, seller kept sending email requesting photos of shirt. The photos I've uploaded are the same ones I sent to the seller.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I had to escalate my claim to Paypal.

Products used:
None, Seller offered 15% coupon on a future purchase. He then offered a 20% coupon for a future purchase. He said I could share that coupon with friends. When I refused, he told me to return the shirt would be on me, it was very costly, and would take a very long time. It is a total different offer through PayPal. He has offered 50% return, I declined. He offered 60% return, I declined ONLY because if he would've started with that, I would have agreed, but many days later and the threat, I declined. I just want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

I spent over $100 on 3 jeans and not only did the package take forever to arrive but they were way too big, too short, and overall the quality of the clothes were AWFUL. They say on their website that it's easy to return but they would not return it! They offered a 10%, 20% and then 30% discount to use on their store after every time I told them I wanted a refund. Then they told me the process to return is very long and costs a lot. I tried to dispute it with my credit card but Capital One was not helpful in the slightest bit. I'm so disappointed and should have known not to trust these Chinese fast fashion shops. Therefore be EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHICH STORE YOU BUY FROM! Make sure it's a reputable place!

Please look at a store’s return policy. If they don’t tell you exact specifics and they tell you to email the support first in order to get approval to return DO NOT DO IT! Buy from a place you know will guarantee a refund.

I never got my merchandise they keep telling me it's on it's way, then I email them again they say you will enjoy your face mask I never ordered face mask they are so not good to buy from people beware you will lose out if you buy from them.

Thanks For you Guys Feed back im going on vacation soon and had tons of clothing in my Cart but I came to Look at the Reviews first before I Checked out And I will not be ordering from here so much nice clothes that I love Also so many bad reviews Thanks for the heads up everyone

I ordered one shirt- it could practically fit a Barbie doll. It's like a tag is randomly sewn on anything... NOT true to size. Cheated.

This company completely stole my money and keep giving me the run around. I purchased an order early Tuesday, paid for express shipping and have yet to receive it. I contacted customer service but they keep bouncing me back and forth between people with no real answers and when I asked for my money back, I get no response.

Absolutely the worse quality clothing already coming apart after the first wear and the glasses I ordered came without a pin in one of the arms so it just fell off upon opening

Ordered dresses from debshops a month in advance for my bday and they never got shipped, they havent returned my money, they dont answer DMs on Instagram or emails. Theyre a trash company with really horrible customer service. They are THIEVES. Do not do NOT buy from them.

So I placed my very first order a couple of months ago. I waited 1 month for my order and it was not here. So I called and they told me that it has not been quite a full month and that it should be there before the month. I told the lady over the phone it's 5 more days for it to be a full month since I ordered. I received it 3 days later PRIORITY with the date of delivery the day after I called. This tells me that had I not called I would still be waiting. Anywho, I opened the box and out of 7 items I bought 2 fit okay (not loose like i like it) and it wasn't completely sheer. The rest was thin, sheer, a little too small (which I'm an extra large and never had I needed to buy a size bigger), and unwearable. But with Deb's Shop ya do have to buy a size bigger and be prepared to wear sheer shirts and pants bc it is not true to your size. Some shirts and pants look thick in the picture and when you receive it it's thin and sheer. Never will order again!

I ordered a dress and it came with very tight tiny sleeves, when I tried to exchange it, I logged into my account and it now has un returnable on two of my items. I had screenshot my order when I purchased it and nowhere did it say it was unreturnable when I purchased it, now when you log in it shows bright red, un returnable. Only thing I seen everywhere was how easy their return policy was if you were unsatisfied. Apparently they know how to mislead people. Please DONOT, let this happen to you. I do not recommend shopping at Debshops.com

I placed my order 5 weeks ago for a wedding; they still have not yet arrived and the wedding has come and gone. This order was $360.00 CAD. I have called them multiple times; customer service is poor at best... they have said they will issue a investigation right now (5 weeks after ordered) and said the investigation will take another 12 business days. So I will have to wait another 2 weeks. So after ALL that... all they offered was a cancellation or re shipment... if they reship my items what's to say it won't take another 7 weeks! Really not impressed with their service... I love at the end of the conversation they say "is there anything else I can help you with"... like they are shifting the issue back onto the customer... Not impressed at all.

I placed an order online for two dresses, dresses that I was going to wear for an event. I received the package a week later and to my dismay, they sent the wrong dresses entirely, leaving me to rush out at the last minute and find something else, which as any plus size girl knows, is NOT an easy task. I contacted them and told them that I needed them to send me a shipping label which they eventually did. It took 2 weeks to get a refund and they did not refund my $20 shipping! It was their mistake, why not refund shipping?!?! I will NEVER order from them again! EVER! How hard is it to put the right order in the bag and avoid all of this in the first place! Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere!

I shopped at debshops in 2009 up until they went out of business before they got bought by loveculture. I purchased a pair of short overalls in a 2XL and they fit like a size 10. Return shipping cost more than actual shipping on their site. I ordered the next size up because i wanted these to work. Got the 3XLs and they fit THE EXACT SAME. The crotch inseam is dropped an extra three inches as if they took long overalls, folded them in half and cut them with normal paper cutting scissors. Still have to pay refund shipping thats ungodly expensive. Spoke with chat member, HORRIBLE. All they did was give me cookie cutter copy and paste answers from their return policy page. Awful. Never buying there again and am totally bummed.

Items are way larger than what the size chart says. Like 3 sizes larger. I got two jackets, one pair of jeans, pants and a basic tee. When I got the items they were too large, and didn't measure what the chart said they would. Fabric isn't too great either but good enough for the price. I want to order more stuff but Im afraid they will be too large.

Corporate needs to look into store 274 specifically Bri. Her allegations and her poor customer service (word choices) potentially could lead to an HR nightmare! She definitely could make it right if she treated me like Jim (who she called) but she didn't She displayed no respect, very accusatory and used poor judgement---I would say offensive! Her behavior was unacceptable and would bring concern with her day to day interactions! (But then it really only takes one interaction)

Perhaps she doesn't really care since the store is closing---but I do!

I encourage your employee relations or HR to contact me!

I ordered 3 items and never received one but was fully charged for the order. Instead I got a note that said the item was out of stock. When I called them about my refund they transferred me to different "specialists" and told me I would be getting a call back. After calling them 7 times now and a month later still no refund. They also had me provide a picture of the note because they did not believe me. Worst customer service ever!

I remember going to Debs for my prom dress, and I went online to order one for my little cousin, and I noticed it was only plus sized items. Why take away half of your customers?

Worst customer service of any store I have shopped at. Bought a dress for a wedding that got canceled, never even tried it on. I tried to take it back to the nearest deb store 2 weeks later and they told me I was unable to return it because it was over 7 days. It still has all the tags and in original plastic bag it was shipped in. What a joke, do not recommend them and will never shop there again my self.

Be warned that once you buy something you will not be able to return it.

I ordered 2 tops. I wear size 3x and this is more like a xl so dissapointed. U should see how it fits me. I needed help getting it off please be cautious these are horribly made clothing and it's a final sale item no refund for me

I will never shop debs again. My daughter shops@ debs alot. She bought 2 shirts wore them once & washed them & the strap broke on both shirts. I went n to exchange them but the girls would not help, she said u should of read the label on washing. One shirt doesnt have it. Not a happy customer & dont want to shop there again if this is how u treat your customers.

Dont take anything back!!! Dont shop debs.
