I recently ordered a few items from the company to try their Plus Size clothing. I ordered two dresses and a sweater. One of the dresses and the sweater fit perfectly and look beautiful in person. The other dress, while lovely did NOT fit. However, when I reached out to the company, they were helpful in trying to find an alternate solution. I would definitely buy from Dear-Lover again.
I ordered and spent $ 363.95 with this company in hopes to do long term business with them, and they sent me 4 items out of the order. I had another order on hold just to make sure I received the first. They wrote me an email inquiring on what's the reason I had not paid. Couldn't find my order or tracking in their system. I will be reporting this to my bank and getting my money back. No wonder I didn't receive an invoice. Sad I was looking to spend way more money with this company! Now this is why I don't want the second order. I suppose small orders you get your stuff.

My daughter started an online Boutique and placed a prepaid order for $1400 in Jan. 2021, as if today March 13,2021, we are STILL WAITING ON ITEMS! My daughter has contacted there customer service many times and it takes almost a week fr a reply! Now her customers want a refund and she used their money to place the order!
We have had to contacted Dear Lover, 2 shipping companies, PayPal, Credit Union and many, many unhappy customers. Still no solution!
My experience with Dear Lover was perfect! The shipping time is good, and the products are qualitative. I love the fact they are the same as on the website. I totally recommend that wholesale brand.

I've ordered 5 bodysuits from DearLover and they were all really pretty and fit me great. First off these prices are unbeatable. Even if you get one item that doesn't fit well. It still worth it in my opinion. The bodysuits had snaps at the bottom so you can remove them easily. Some of the materials were just okay. But 2 of my bodysuits felt soooooooo soft and comfortable. I have been searching for a place where I can find dresses that are sexy, classy, and affordable. I finally found it with Dear Lover.
I came back to change my review on DearLover. They eventually got a hold of me. They told me that the reason why they didn't send my out of stock items was because they were going to send them when they had them in. I was upset that they even sold them to me knowing they didn't have them. I explain to them that they should let their customers know that they are not in stock. They did issue me a refund. So I have to say that I am happy I heard from them and I am getting a refund. But I'm still not happy that my time was wasted. I am a business owner and I rely on my inventory. So 3 stars is my new review…. I love the Jeans I purchased the shoes were not what I expected. The ring set was super cute. So 3 star's for Dear Lover.

Buy one item of each and if you like them ….go back and purchase more….if they still have them in stock. Don’t pay extra for shipping…because it doesn’t come on time ….if they are not in stock.

I ordered a bunch of items for my Boujee Boutique Store and paid extra for fast shipping. I was supposed to receive it within seven days. Eight days went by and still no package …. So I went on to check to see what was going on. I found out that the items I ordered were not shipped and when I called to speak with someone…. No one answered! I never received an email stating that these things were not shipped and left numerous messages and still haven't received anything from them. This is not a reputable company! I'm very very disappointed. {I hope I get a refund}

I ordered a wide range of things and some things were not shipped …. I was not notified, nor have I received any notification that they weren’t …other than when I went to check my order. I tried to call them and they never answered or called me back ….I also left numerous emails and messages and still haven’t received any phone call or message.
I love how different and cute these pieces are! I like standing out & not having what everyone else has! I love all the sequins & the cute shackets! So many fun styles to choose from!
