I bought a tablet who started having problems very quickly almost without being used because it was pain in the as. Until it died. They had been 90 days and honestly not worth what it would cost to drive to the post office and ship it back. What irritated me the most they deleted the negative feedback i wrote on the site and they replied asking for photos and asking the same things. Do not waste your time and your money.

I used this product with a street team awesome, for about three months! The challenge is the cost of the recurring mailing kills you. Maybe now several months later I can forgo the mail function and just get the owner info and handle my own marketing.

By the way we mailed several hundred owners through the App, ZERO RESPONSE!

Oh and once you cancel your account you lose all of the data! Why? I know because I know idiot business people, ego. If I pay for the data I expect to have access to it.

Better customer service returned phone as instructed and that was on June 19 2015 and have not herd a word sent several emails no help still no responce so no money and no phone. In response to original review I am getting my refund so I upgraded them to 3 stars they are getting better still very slow response time but they are trying

Good prices and excellent customer service on dealsmachine.com. Shipping prices and time are also good! I recommend this store!

[EDIT] The customer service on dealsmachine.com is good when you have questions about processing time or cancelling and refunding paid orders. As soon as you talk about problems with a product and asking for a refund on defective items they do not respond AT ALL. Also the RMA application is bad. You apply and never hear from them again...

I should have looked further. I just placed an order about 40 hours ago for a phone and other items. I am just hoping i do not have any issues like everyone else. I want to be a legit person leaving a legit review because all the good reviews sound phony. If this all goes well i am sure you will keep my business. Make this transaction run smoothly. This is only one of the orders i placed. I searched and searched for this phone looking for a place where i could get it the fastest. I do not want to start the process of causing trouble. I want to be a good review. I paid for expedited shipping and everyone here is saying its months before they even get a response saying item not in stock and then you offer refund and then you will let them re-order. Please do not try and scam me on this. I work hard for my money and barely spend any. I hope to have this stuff as promised shipped off soon and arriving before christmas. Its a gift for a loved one. You disappoint them you disappoint me. If there is just one time you do right by a customer please do right by me. Here is your chance to make good as a company. I have people who work for me who do crowd sourcing. If this goes well i will get your site out in a mass social media as a good site to order from. If it goes bad my social outreach will bring your company and your site down. It will not be the first time i ruined a company for bad business. I have contacts all over that work in all fields. Specially law. Thank you.

This is my first time buying in Dealsmachine and I really hope not to get dissapointed at all. My order number is: D**************

I have contacted Customer Support to make sure they ship out my order on time and also, to remind them that I want a BLACK color phone, since it
Does not specify anywhere in the order details.
I have to mention that I have chosen the fastest delivery option for Expedited Shipping, which means the product should leave any time between today and the next couple of days.

I will keep you all inform. And i will update my review and Rating for this company, as the time goes by and depending on how it really goes. I will totally be as honest as possible and
If they deserve the five stars of Rating i will not have any problems to post it in all Internet websites available!

I really hope that DealsMachine show real support and compromise to my order.

Ok so i had a few misunderstandings with this company but in the end they fixed all the issues.

Tip for consumers:
Contact support and make sure what you want is actually in stock before you pay and everything should be fine, once shipped shipping was actually really fast.

Dealsmachine were helpful and quick to respond while my parcel - that never arrived - was within the two months delivery period. As soon as it was out and still no arrived, Dealsmachine have ignored the tickets I raised until I placed a review here. Shame it takes a negative review for them to respond. Happy I got my money back though.

Ordered on the 30th Sept, still stuck in "processing" over a week later.
Support ticket raised 4 days ago - no response despite a promise of responses in 24 hours.

What is going on DealsMachine?

Edit (12/10/2015):
I have now had a refund, and order cancelled. Since posting the bad review here, I have had significantly better service and communications.
Maybe that was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, the speed at which I was given alternative options once communications started, and at my choice was quickly given a full refund, have minded me to improve my rating.

I had bought more tha 10 items from Dealsmachine.com, so far all the deliveries were shipped quite fast except for the watch which I ordered recently, it was shipped much slower. It took them about 3 weeks to ship the product after it was released. However, I found a problem with watch that was shipped to me, the original advertisement indicated that the watch comes with a 1.3MP camera but the watch that was shipped to me only have a 0.3MP camera. I wrote to the Support Centre to inform them the problem and ask them to check with their store to confirm whether the watch only has 0.3MP camera. That will indicate the their advertisement was misleading or erroneous, thus they should compensate me for not getting the item I ordered. Unfortunately, the Support Centre failed to respond after many days. The Support Centre of Dealsmachine needs lots of improvements. Because of this I think they now only deserve 3, stars instead of 5 stars which I originally gave them.

I have purchased 3 or 4 things from there now at good prices - HOWEVER beware that they charge for everything in USD rather than your own currency. And unfortunately, the exchange rate they use means that you do not always pay the local currency price - I have just ordered a mobile which was USD 68.49 and which was advertised as a special price of GBP45.33. This is seemingly based on an exchange rate of GBP1 to USD1.51 - when the current exchange rate is GBP1 to USD1.3

As a result of being charged in USD, the GBP45.33 has increased to GBP53.91.

I have raised this as an issue with them and will hopefully be compensated BUT please only use the USD price and current exchange rates to calculate the amount you will pay for your product.
