I was pleasantly surprised that, despite all the people saying that I probably wouldn't get my late Christmas orders in before Xmas as I live in a rural area, that they all arrived with plenty of time to spare. The whole experience was easy and hassle free - so thank you very much for taking so much stress out of Christmas (and giving me back that precious time that would have been taken driving, pounding the pavements, waiting in queues etc). Again, a very big thank you from me!
Money was deducted from my account this morning but its the 1st time I hear of your its not like iv hear order anything from your I don't know what your do.
I think DD descriptions of the products are inadequate, leading me to buy 2 sets of sheets from USA, where the pillow cases did not have a flap (to keep the pillow in), and DD would not refund. If I had known this about the pillow cases., I would not have bought them. There are other description inadequacies for other products as well. I have had happy purchases from DD also, but it's the bad ones you remember.
I had to email one supplier and I'm still waiting for delivery of one item four weeks after ordering. Too slow.

I have had both good and bad experiences with deals direct. Would still continue to shop with the organization but would recommend better customer service such as a phone line that gets answered and delivery dates that are actually correct
Products are good just a bit slow on dispatch but after they have been dispatch products arrive quickly

It took way too long to obtain sale items from suppliers.
Bought some jeans but found that they were leggins with jeans pockets etc drawn on them. Did not like them. Easy to return and easy to deal with.

Great variety of items, always good sales, although I have had one experience where it has taken over 3-4 weeks for my items to turn up (all at different times). And my latest experience I bought a little pink storage item, when it turned up it was marked and had a terrible smell like mothballs.

Ordered some items two weeks before Xmas but sill not received. To be fair they estimated shipping between 21st and 29th

I have been ordering from DD for a couple of years now and have been very pleased in the past. However my last few orders have had faults in the products and the courier tracking has been lousy. I'm hoping this is all short lived & not how DD will be in the future.
