They manipulate reviews of products on their website by deleting negative reviews, and all is left for you to read, poorly worded chinese/english google translated fake reviews by banggood themselves. It will cost you at least $35 to ship things back to them.

Well If you get the correct item then good, but if do not things change a lot. I am going to cut and past from the email from them.

We truly understand how frustrated you are and feel terribly sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
In this case how about we refund you 45USD and you keep the wrong one?

11 days later and many email I had to go through PayPal for help, that is still on going.
I told them in every email to send me a prepay ed return label and I would ship it back.
Now they want me to pay to ship it back. Not going to happen.
They have no interest in getting me the correct item.

So to date 5 items ordered 2 item wrong no help from banggood customer service.
If you get the correct item all good.
If do not well you are in for battle or banggoods will want you to pay for their mistake.

After a shipping error, I received prompt, friendly and efficient assistance.
I am very satisfied with the assistance I received.
