  • I tried calling Dealfind (1-888-320-6369) but they do not have phone support for customer service.
  • I told her that I would call my credit card company and file a fraud charge.

“Was there a merger here?”

chan m.

Was there a merger here? If so, that may be the reason my experience was good today (vs. What I've seen in other reviews). My bad experience was with a merchant who would have me drive 30 miles (2x I tried) and then cancel my appointment while I was sitting in the business parking lot waiting for her. The good news is that Dealfind actually resolved my issue within 24 hours (like they said they would). Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for the company.

“Dealfind Scam”

Dealfind gave me a credit for an article that I ordered and paid for and they could not supply. I was happy with the service until I went to use my credit and Dealfind was no longer in business. This was the second time they changed their company name and then went out of business. I guess this a way for them to make extra money. Very disappointed in them. I gave them one star only because I couldn't submit this review with no stars.

As a person that has used Dealfind to advertise my small business I am surprised by some of the reviews here. Maybe the difference is that I took the time to actually read through my contract and negotiate certain terms with them instead of just getting over excited and blindly signing on the dotted line. I gave them a picture for my page and they had their guys add a nice border and some relevant text to it which I was happy with. Any errors that happened to make their way onto my page I had my sales rep fix immediately. Personally I feel I have had a good experience working with them and will consider doing it again in the future. As for redeeming coupons, we have honoured every coupon that has been redeemed by our customers, so not every company with them is a scam.

Well i'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my sister and i both bought 2 vouchers each to follicle hair salon for $29 i believe for colour, cut, style and manicure. At first when we called the salon took a while to get back to us we had to call multiple times. When we went for our appointments, the place was small but nice, the owner was not rude and was not nice either, but the wokers were nice. Service was nothing fancy just get the job done, pretty good for a $30 dollar deal. I tipped them $20 and so did my sister.

I also bought a mink eyelash extension deal for $39 i havent used it yet.

So i dont have many experience with this website but so far so good

I'm writing as a merchant about working with Dealfind on two deals over two years. I have learned they have merged with Teambuy and will be running a deal with them in the next couple months. Expect another review of my post merger experience with Dealfind once that's done.
Dealfind and Groupon seem to be the big players in the game and I have had good experiences with both. Dealfind was the first site I did business with and it went so well the first time that about a year later I did it again... for a bigger cut of course. The first time I worked with them I was pretty green to the whole interweb deal thing but I still asked for 60/40 instead of 50/50 on the grounds that we would be helping them more than they helped us. My business is a rock climbing gym and we don't have the competition that a restaurant or spa would have. We've been doing fine since day one so I tried a little hard ball. I also said that if we sold more than 500 I would want a bigger cut next time.
Deal went down and we sold over 600 one day and five day passes. Payment was received in a timely fashion and the file with all the customers names and such was sent over the second the deal was over.
Deal number two went just about the same a year(ish) later and I got the cut I wanted and we sold something like 1250 passes. Redemption for both deals is hovering at around 20%. If you do the math it was very worth while.
The only thing that I have found Groupon has over Dealfind is the app they have for scanning and redeeming passes. Dealfind sends you all the info and you have to make up your own database. Not a big deal but the app from Groupon makes tracking use a breeze. In my opinion its the only thing that Groupon really has over Dealfind. Now- that being said I've been assured by Dealfind that they now have the greatest tracking software ever made by man. I promise to give that a review after I run the next offer.
