I have been thrilled with DealDash since the first day that I started. I have won many items, they have all arrived in perfect condition, customer service has been unbelievably supportive. I love doing penny auctions on DealDash and am having a blast!
I had an issue with one of the items I won on DealDash, a 4-Tier Greenhouse, it was missing parts. I submitted to their customer service department the problem, and it took a bit, but Mimi, in their customer service support, stuck with the problem and got it resolved. Had another brand new 4-Tier Greenhouse on my doorstep. THANK YOU MIMI! I know that there were many issues during the holiday season, but DealDash took the initiative to fix the problems, and their new procedures are fantastic. VERY FAST delivery of items. GREAT customer service support, that answers in a timely matter. So I would just like to say thank you to DealDash for caring enough about your customers to make sure that the end result is satisfaction. I have had GREAT results from Matthew in customer support too... very prompt and quick at resolving problems.
I am giving two-thumbs-up for DealDash! Very fun and exciting game where I've scored some Super deals for cheap! They are very honest and send everything you win free and fast. This site is awesome!
Deal Dash is a great site and has many different items you can bid from. If you don't win the item they give you the courtesy to buy the item and get all your bids back. I have had nothing but great customer service from this site. One thing to watch out for is to not overbid as you can get on a roll. So bid wisely and watch your doorstep for your prizes! Just love this site!
Great Site, have won many things and they are always straight forward and do what they say.
First time users win easily and products are shipped quickly. However, once you pass your "first time bidders only" auctions, it is impossible to win. There are people (or bots) on there bidding for days on end. If you want to gamble the site is fun. If you want to gamble and buy the item at BIN the site is fun. If you are looking for a deal and to save money... nothing is as good as it seems :)

I have been on deal dash for awhile and am having great experiences. I have won and receieved my items. They have done everything that they say they were going to do. Great site and fun!
This site is easy to use and fun to play. I have "won" over 20 items without much trouble. They always allow you to earn free bids and have the buy it now option if you are in too deep on an auction you can get all your bids back. If you don't win anything with the first bid pack you buy they will give you your bids back so you can try again. If you have a few bucks laying around and want to take a chance on winning some cool stuff then it is a fun way to pass the time.
I've won a few things and always received it before the promised delivery date. Still waiting to win that big item!
I love Deal Dash! When they make mistakes they inform their customers and apologize. I was very impressed with that. The only thing I wish Deal Dash would do is offer more quality products (other than electronics) for auction, ie, bread pan, canned air, and desk fan to name a few. But, I am sure they make some people happy.

Love using the site, it's very addicting. Have won 8 or 9 items so far, and my total for all auctions is under $3. Free shipping is the best part. They almost always have some kind of deal on the bid packs as well.

I have had a great experience over that past few months since using DealDash. It gives me a fun yet inexpensive way to shop for me and my family. The gift cards really came in handy at Christmas time. The customer service team is one of the best and Ive ever seen. Their response time alone is above average.
