I also love the screen protector, wish they made on for IPad. Today received an email from Durand saying they've heard the complaints and they're working on solutions. They will be sending everyone a new case around April. That's service….
Ordered early November with expedited shipping. Item was to arrive 3-5 days. Site still reads that order has yet to be picked up by purolator after over 6 weeks. I have reached out twice and received automated robot responses stating I need to wait until it's picked up. Terrible customer service. No contact number, no answers. What a rip off!

Dbrand makes really sweet products. I'm also a fan of YT Jerryrigseverything. When he recently shared about Casetify stealing his work, I really wanted to support him and dbrand. I purchased two leather skins for my steam deck on 12/14/2023 and paid for premium shipping. They didn't arrive until 12/29/2023, and to my dismay, only one skin was sent. I immediately messaged them about the issue, yet as of today (1/5/2024), I have not received any answer regarding my issue. Not impressed with how much I paid for the product + shipping, all for it to arrive late, incomplete, and the complete lack of support in resolving this issue. Unless they completely refund my order and/or provide complimentary skins, I will definitely not recommend or buy from dbrand again.

Trying to apply it was a nightmare in it's own, even when perfectly aligning it, it seems to barely fit as advertised. Got a skin for the Series S and you could still clearly see white areas even when it's on perfectly. And like i said, just feels very cheap and poorly made. Just a clever design choice on the site

They WERE good...product was pretty sweet and attracted a ton of nice comments but my last order they only shipped me the basic back plates for my iPhone and iPad...no wrap around skins and I am not getting any answer to multiple emails asking for resolution...also I am experiencing signal issues with my most recent skin...not even a full wrap. Maybe that's why they didn't ship full wraps as promised.

So I ordered a case and skin for my phone as well as a skin for my iPad pro and the extra skin for its pencil. The package arrived and their expensive "teleported practically" shipping option which I chose isn't worth the extra money so save yours it didn't come fast. So first bad experience, I get my package and I'm excited not gonna lie and I get my case out and apply the skin to it and that wasn't to bad, the application isn't as easy as their video makes it out as but I did it and it looks great. Now on to my ipad...I pull up the video and realize they didn't send the complete set of skins, I didn't receive the edge pieces. Now the application of this skin is way more difficult and I followed the video to a tee and no matter what I did it did not line up period! Either the apple cut out and sensor cut outs lined up and the camera window was off or it was vice versa. So after wrestling with it I got it applied but it isn't perfect. Did my pencil finely. So I contacted then which is a process full of snarky comments and they act like we are talking to robots and us consumers are humans, they also only give you a email to contact the company and they let you know it will be 3-7 days before they respond...super awesome! I paid their high prices for their product and now it's like the consumer doesn't matter once they get your money, I let them know the issues and send the email and wait for the return response, which when I got it they wanted pics of this and that and just took it to a new level to make sure no one stole a 20 cent skin from them. That was over a week ago and still no response or a solution on their end for the missing items and the poorly fitting skin for the iPad. So I'm completely let down and at this point can say their customer service is pathetic. So find a different place for products like theirs because once they get your money you're no longer a worry for them! Dbrand can kiss my a#*!

I placed an order with the number ******* for an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen guard and case. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that only the screen guard was included, and the case was missing, leaving me with an empty box.

Everything is downhill from the day i ordered. Shipping they use osm worldwide. I placed order on 11/18. Got shipping notification on 11/28. From here on it took appx 10 days to deliver 12/8. I noticed faint scratches and quality of the case was absolutely horrible for the price. I raised a return request on 12/12 and uploaded pictures. Now waited for over 2 weeks. I got response on 12/28 asking me to return with some crappy instructions and when asked clearly they asked me to pay for shipping and asked to take pictures before dropping off. I just dropped off today and don't now ehen i will get a refund. Dont even bother buying from these guys. Horrible products and worst customer service. I guess they are busy suing other company. Would never buy from them again and dont recommend them at all

When it said grip case I was expecting an easy to put on case, it's not easy to put on feels like I'm damaging my phone trying to take this stupid case off no wonder these things are on sale and I ordered a privacy screen protector these fools gave me a regular one and the skins ohhboy cheap as something from dollar tree if I can return this garbage I would and why is the customer service talk with disrespect.
Do not buy their product under any circumstance. Total false advertising in terms of the quality of the product I could find the cheapest Amazon case and it would be better than this garbage.
Beware of their return policy the cowards will not provide a return shipping label you have to pay for it out of your own pocket and they will not reimburse you for it. I disputed it on my credit card and also wrote a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
Dog s*** companies like this should be put out of business permanently.
In terms of communication it was pathetic you send them an email and a week later you get a response you send another email in two weeks later you get a response I'm not sure who's running that company but they seem to not be active and running it and they leave you high and dry do not touch this product you will be sorry.

Cases are high quality and work as advertised. Good grip and great damage prevention. Screen protecters are amazing. Crack on hard impacts but keep the screen intact, and they leave no residue. They always send 2 screen protectors in case the 1st breaks or is applied poorly. Overall fantastic company.
It's been over a week and they charged me already for the PS5 plates, but I have no tracking information nothing. It's frustrating that it takes so long for stuff to go out. I was skeptical because of the price. Don't know when I will get them.
Skins are admittedly nice, but their shipping sucks. Their products get pricier every year, but their fulfillment department is slow considering you're paying premium prices for them. I'm not expecting them to be amazon prime level, but don't act like it takes you 3-5 days to ship a thin piece of decal. They shipped my skin from New York and I live in New York, so why is it taking this long? I wish a better company would come out to woodworks to produce skins and actually fulfill orders at a better pace. This is a $10 case that comes with a cheap sticker for you to apply yourself, all packaged in a $70 box. That's why you end up paying $80 for an iPhone case. Now I understand why they don't have reviews or a star-rating system on their website. You're better off ordering a $10 case from another website. Although the box is nice, you'll probably end up throwing it away anyway.
When I messed up applying the skin to my phone despite meticulously attempting my best, the support team instantly shipped over a new one. I followed their instructions exactly and still ended up with sub par results. When I inquired about this, they said I had not applied enough head and didn't press firmly enough onto the skin. Well, that's actually all I've been doing for 30 minutes straight with little results. Reading several reviews it seems obvious some of the vinyl skins have material and patterns that make it almost impossible to form into place with heat and adhesive.

There's not enough good I can say about DBRAND. Their products are top quality and absolutely stunning! I've ordered from them many times and the only time I ever had an issue was because the shipment provider, not dbrand, lost my order. I emailed them in the morning to ask my options and before 6pm they resolved my issue and sent a replacement. Customer service like I've never experienced! If your skinning any device or looking for quality phone cases and other products, you won't regret dbrand!

Wow, the Worst customer support. Minimal website product info led me to ordering a skin instead of a case. I have spent too much time communicating with the a most smug annoying robot about return. Hi hope all are well! I was very pleased with DBrand's service recently. I ordered a skin and the completely wrong size and color came, although the other unit I ordered was correct. I contacted them and they quickly sent out a replacement - with a small gift of another skin for another unit I asked for:)
They were happy to oblige and had it over to me within a few days.
Their prices are great, quality is top notch, and super funny tidbits on their website! They've got really good, unique branding as well.
