Our dogs are large and have very thick fur. The collars when turned on still show through the fur and make them much more visible. This time of year its dark and wet so the LED collars are very helpful.
I ordered from this site and didn't receive my full order. I have emailed and opened help tickets with them multiple times and have not received ANY reply from anybody at their company. They sure took all of my money though. The only time I have heard from them since the debacle is when they asked me to put a review on this site. Beware Dawgpawty, they are unscrupulous and do not offer any customer service.
