The worst site I've ever encountered! The men are all fake, stolen pics of someone else! I beg you to do a reverse image before you start any conversations. Also, you must video chat asap as they have every excuse possible not to- this is the number one sign as a scammer! They are all boiler room Nigerians who are trained to scam you! Please do not ever give money to someone you never met in person- keep eyes open and wallets shut!

This man used the name "Kenneth Scott" is from the UK whom I met at the Dating.com site. He made me fall in love with his flowering words. He pretends to be an engineer and deals with different projects from different countries. Until the day came when he told me that he will be visiting China for business and after that, we agreed to meet however he reasoned out that He can't meet me because he got stacked in China and needs money to go back to the Uk. Unfortunately, I was deceived by him. I sent him the money and after that, he disappeared. Please beware of this man!

At first, it seems to be a very user-friendly site.
BUT it's a rip-off!
It gives a subscription for a month and you expect you have a package for unlimited access for a month. But nothing like that! Each action (chat, send photos etc) is charged! For example, in 20 credits (USD 19.99), you can write only one e-mail and read one!
Nearly 10 dollars to write an email?! And the same amount to read one? Come on! Who has that kind of money?! Getting to know people takes time and chatting but it's impossible for normal people to do so on this site.
Some "members" seem to be very active and have been there for a long time! They must all be billionaires!

The payment arrangements should have been clearly stated! It's only when you're trying to send a chat that it will tell you that your credit is over and to buy more credits to be able to send or read.

I asked for the cancellation of my membership after 2 days.

I first joined Dating.com in December 2020 to help heal a broken heart.
I paid my subscription fee and at first it was very exciting when I was being contacted by loads of good looking men. Many of them were models and I just couldn't believe my luck!
The subscription fee would cover the bare minimal as many guys would send long emails, messages and videos. Every time these messages and pictures were opened, it would cost more money!
It spoke to a couple of guys on there called Fred and Anthony. Both fake profiles.
Fred kept making excuses about talking off the app and Anthony turned out to be gay in real life but yet he was pretending to be a heterosexual male to help the app make money by enticing lonely vulnerable women!
The men get to use the app for free and women have to pay to use their services!
How's this fair!
Customer services are rubbish and don't respond until a week later.
I joined the app to find my Mr right but the app is not interested in your happy ever after. So don't fall for the glossy adverts showing these good looking people. They're only there to act as eye candy and to entice customers. If you do decide to join,, it will be a bad decision as it will leave you broke and heartbroken.
Many of the free users will not want to talk to you off the app as they're already in relationships and will not meet with you in real life. Avoid at all costs!

Dear dating.com, I actually like your dating apps, However it is just to expensive to use, I do hope that you can lower down the price of your credits and make it a montly payment instead, so we can enjoy all the benefits without making us feel frustrated because I spend lots of money here. Your pricing is absolutely discouraging conversations, which means you drive to make as much money as possible. And there are so many scram messages, and i am very certain that some of the profiles are fake, as the photo are stolen, and personal data is wrong!

I am literally getting hundreds of e-mails from men every day which I am unable to open properly. The subscription was said to be $19.99 for the first month including unlimited communication. They actually charged me GBP 34.80. After three days I was asked for more money to continue. I have requested on numerous occasions to be removed from this site just to be ignored. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

My profile has been up for quite a while despite email and phone requests to remove it. I blanked my entire profile and still received letters and messages. I suspect that the letters and messages may already exist as phrases in a computer, and when a new one is needed someone simply pushes a button. I went through several weeks when every communication said that the lady was coming to the US "next month" and want to make plans reservations right away. Others are more than merely suggestive, promising wild sex with the lady and one or more of her friends and/or family members. In every case they say they've fallen in love with me through my profile and only want to give me a happy life and lots of children. I began to use it as a source of amusement. The cost of communication is actually rather high when you do the arithmetic.

I've received quite a lot of communications from stunning ladies with absolutely incredible figures and long black hair, but there are so many similarities between them that they could all be the same woman or a generated composite. Recently I've begun to received mail from other sites that are identical to dating.com, and when I read the contact information I discover that they all share a single location on Malta.

Save your money. There are better dating sites.

Actually this app is good, but we should paid to much money and asking us for upgrade to membership, when already being membership, I think membership didn't use anymore, since we should always top up credit. I think it's enough for using this apps.

I joined to dating.com 3 days ago. Sytem is sending too many messages from different profiles. I have looked to "Work as" field of these profiles. There was writing lawyer, doctor, business owner. But their ages were 20 or 22 yo.
- Also, I have seen girl profiles who wrote to me from Prague. These girls were different girls and have different profiles, but their photo's background were same. I mean bed, carpet, sofa, light and other decorations were all same.
- All first messages were excellent and about love. I mean different profiles can't be write same type love messages. It can be automated messaging system.
- Girls seem very beatiful and sexy. Also photos are very professional. It requires professional photographer to take these shoots.
- All foreign girls was writing messages to me in English with excellent grammar. This was impossible...:)
- Some chinese black hair girls profile are showing "blonde" in about me's hair field.
- There are interesting many Chinese women profiles. Their profiles say that they are very rich and have their own business, they have many villas, more then 500 employees. When I checked a Chinese women's profile, they were business owner and very very rich... :) (Chinalove.com website is working with same software and same database as dating.com)

I created my account last May 30,2020. I deleted my account June 4 th of 2020 since I cannot afford to pay to continue using their services. It is true that you need to pay to send and read messages and to view images. I paid for 2.99 USD to try the service. I am sure I did not enroll to auto enroll or the premium service. I am 100% sure I deleted my profile with them however, today I received an email for auto enrollment premium charged. I sent an email for me to be refunded but I did not receive any response yet. I tried to recover my account but I need not receive any email as instructed for the recovery. Sad thing was there is no way for me to use the service I paid because I don't have an account with them anymore. Please refund me. Thank you.

Los agentes de servicio al cliente son muy amables y serviciales. Sin embargo, pensé que había encontrado dos prospectos muy buenos en una revista. Uno de ellos me juró amor eterno, sin embargo, no estaba dispuesto a dejar la plataforma y sentí que algo andaba mal. Los encontré a ambos en la página de una agencia de modelos. Con el supuesto amor de mi vida, pero sentí que no hablaba según su nacionalidad. Pedí investigar a fondo y no solo me dijeron que habían verificado su identificación con su foto. Sabes que las cosas que he escrito son totalmente ciertas. Descartó todos mis correos electrónicos del 9 al 11 de octubre. Dijo que verificaba las cuentas, solo verificaba las cuentas de los miembros populares. Ese es tu compromiso con tontos como yo.
Déjame decirte que he solicitado mi dinero de vuelta, pero la cosa es solo insistieron en el proceso de verificación de cuentas. Pero nunca admites que tu página es realmente una estafa. Esa es la verdadera razón por la que cerré mi cuenta. Me he metido en muchos problemas financieros debido a tu estrategia.
Si realmente quieres comprobar algo, hazlo con tu estrategia. Toda la empresa es una estafa y cuando reciba reclamos intente perder el tiempo. Me enviaste un video de la persona que solicité en el momento para hacerme reír de un video generico, nunca una disculpa como dijiste. Tal vez nunca recupere mi dinero, pero no quiero que engañen a más tontos como yo.

For the sake to find true and genuine love and to recepricate your love you will do anything. Well all of us want to find our other half longing for someone, searching but all of sometimes failed, crying, desperate, exhausted and in the end your run out of money.

And this application called Dating.com I don't think it help you find love or a partner i think it's a kind of a A. I Atificail Intelgent to Wich is code or generated and programmed to looks like you have conversation with someone.

I don't think it will help you find a match. You register you spend dollars and you got nothing.

This app is getting on the last of my nerve. Keep on buying credits and I don't even see how it finished. Look at their credit section stating you use one credit for messaging and I only send three and it finished I don't send emoji or look at pictures or videos. Someone is asking me about this app and I don't want to say anything bad about the app but how can I even give a comment when my experience is not great

I would get 20 credits for $35:99 and its gone in one email. Very frustrating when you have alot of messages you cant reply to. Not good

I was so stupid and decided to register on this webside. I was there for only 2 days and I start realizing that this is total scam. This webside should be investigated for fraud. I start realized that majority of this people making profile just to get paid. They not interested in dating. They are getting paid by this webside. They give you a credits whist expire in 1 day and after they will charge your card without any consent. How can 150 credits can expires in one day this is total scam. And that's how they making money by ripping off peoples credit cards, I cancel my membership right next day and they still keep charging my card. When I call then customer service representative (very unprofessional-sounds like they working in a hookers industry) I ask to cancel this services coz u start realized all people on the other side a paid people so they cancel services and never give me a confirmation even ask for confirmation of cancelations. So I went to my account and I saw that still was charging me. I cancel my card and I will report this webside to police please go not registered on this webside

I would like to cancel my membership. I don't want my payment to be renewed automatically anymore.
I sent an Email to *******@dating.com, but have not received a response Email.
I also asked for support via WhatsApp but no reply even when they read my messages already.
I am very sad and disappointed about that.

After several weeks of looking the ladies over, I finally decided to try the site out. Signed up at began to chat supposedly. I contacted 4 different women, and all answers seemed like robo chat and not a real person. No answers to direct questions. One email and chat was long and very specific, answer was how are you today? Instead of addressing the letter and the questions. I think because you are charged by credits, and not by a monthly due, I can see why you would want some one to respond to endless chat. MONEY! I signed up one day and cancelled the next before anymore than $9.99 turned in to possibly hundreds if you are stupid enough to bite on fake women. I did have one contact that seemed like a real person, but still insisted on useless chat instead of getting down to why you are on a dating site. To avoid bull$#*! and actually meet someone. All I can say is use with caution. I for one am not interested in trying this one again.

I have several accounts on dating.com.
Bought many times credit and chat with my friend Bin Wu.
He gave me 11 numbers in 11 emails he sent.
But I can't contact him.
I also sent back 10 emails about my 10 contact numbers, but the system blurred or misplaced the number so he couldn't call me.
Is my Bin Wu a real person?
How can we read each other's contact? We spent a lot of credits.
