I ordered a pair of Apple AirPod pros and instead received a pair of knock offs. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since 9-15-2020. Still to no avail I still cannot get ahold of them and since I bought it through Rakuten no one is responding. I can't even find a phone number for datavis. Horrible

Horrible shopping experience with them. They lied about having TouchPads in stock. They promised that everyone who received one would get one, which also turned out to be a total lie. They strung everyone along for more than 10 days when they did not have the items. They lied about giving refunds. They do not respond to emails. I would recommend you to stay away from this retailer that seems to provide nothing but lies.
Ordered Final Cut Express 4 for mac. Said product was in stock at $149.99. Ordered on a Wednesday night. Selected guaranteed 2nd day delivery. Fast forward to following Monday. No package. Called. He said product was out of stock. Yet on their site, it says it is in stock and it is $169.99 now. My wife's birthday is Tuesday. Guess I'm going to the mac store and paying more.
